MOVE-IN / MOVE-OUT PROCESS

Move-in Q-Card1. Organiser will issue Q-Card to each exhibitor for entering the

loading on the move-in date.

2. Q-Card will be distributed at Vehicle Holding Area from 10am, 5

April 2012 (Thursday) before entering the loading bay. You canalso collect earlier from PIKOM Counter on 4 April 2012

(Wednesday) from 2pm to 5pm.

3. The Q-Card must be displayed on the vehicles windscreen to

facilitate inspection and is only valid at the specified date andtime indicated on the permit.

4. Goods vehicle or lorries will only be allowed to enter into the

loading bay with Q-Card.

5. Drivers failing to present the above Q-Card will NOTbe allowed to

unload at the loading bay.

Driver may call someone from theexhibition hall to accompany him/her

into the loading bay.
