Introduced a Karl Mayer warp knitting machine from Germany. We are active in sending staff to Karl Mayer to cultivate human resources, also aiming to enhance the use of machinery and equipment. Our parent company Kawada Knitting Group focuses on the manufacture of fabric for underwear.
Tricot is an elastic fabric that is soft on the skin. It has a versatile look from fine patterns to lace-like openwork. It is used for clothing such as underwear and swimwear, to automobile upholstery and building materials. We are pursuing the potential of tricot.
We have developed wonderfully comfortable all-weather knit products, which possess a multi-functionality of moisture permeable water resistance and UV reduction, while still having elasticity and draping qualities. This is achieved through warp knitting technology, nano nonwoven technology, and high level processing technology. We are developing value-added products using functional yarn that has an antibacterial and deodorizing effect.
