Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao and his officials of the industries department will approach to the corporate big shots like Ratan Tata, Mukesh Ambani, Anil Ambani, Azim Premji and N.R. Narayana Murthy for their suggestions on the development of industry in Telangana, and integrate their opinion in the new policy.

They are expected to guide the Telangana government on different industrial aspects. The Chairman of Reliance Group, Anil Dhirubhai Ambani, has shown interest on investing and expanding their business in the state of Telangana.


The chief minister of Telangana appreciated Ambani and told him that his government will implement a complete plan for the all-round development of Telangana that will help on both rural as well as urban development in the state.

The Reliance Group will invest in real estate market that may be helpful to rebuild Telangana.

Ambani has expressed his interest to invest in the Electricity Generation, Infrastructure Development, Real Estate, Industrialization and Media Sectors as well.


Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao has assured for all round of cooperation with Ambanis for industrialization in the state. Chief Minister is looking forward to rural and urban development of Telangana.

Along with the Information Technology Minister K. Tarakarama Rao and chief secretary Rajiv Sharma, a meeting has been to up to chalk out the industrial policy. The policies will be implemented for both rural and urban development in the state.

Inputs will be taken from like CII, FICCI etc for better result. Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao is looking forward to bring huge investments from top national and international firms for the fate of the new state.


Telangana is rich in mineral resources and the industrial policy has to tap the sector to create job opportunities for youth in districts.

Most Telangana districts are rich in mineral resources like quartz, barytes, manganese, laterite, dolomite etc.

Government is trying to develop refineries and manufacturing industries by utilizing these resources which lead to overall economic development of Telangana and create a huge employment in the state.
