Introduction This diagnostic tool is aligned for Title I schoolwide programs as outlined in Section 1114 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act

(ESEA). Using this tool will allow you to certify that the required schoolwide planning components are being met by a) documenting a direct

connection to needs, goals, strategies, or activities identified within your CSIP, b) inserting an optional narrative, and c) providing
