1.) You just got a phone call from your end user customer and he

wants to know if you could replace an old Panel View Standard

1000 on DH+ with a Panel View Plus but he really doesn’t want

a gateway in between the PVP and the PLC 5. So you answer

your customer absolutely using the following hardware.

a.) PanelView Plus 7

b.) PanelView 800

c.) PanelView Plus 6 with a RN6 Module

d.) Whoops!!! I must let the customer know Rockwell No

longer supports DH+ so a gateway would be needed


2.) An OEM is building a new conveyor system for a plant. The end

user has no specification. There is one 1769-L30ER in the
