Introduction:
Are you ready for an adventure?! I
hope so! We are going for what is
sure to be an awesome walk
through the Kenting National Forest
Recreation Area. We will see
amazing geological features,
beautiful plant life and if we are
lucky we will see some beautiful
butterflies, birds and maybe even
monkeys! No you cannot take
home a monkey…
Please stay on marked paths and do
not disturb the plants or animals. If
you see some liter be a good citizen
and pick it up. J

What’s going on here?:
Throughout the year we have
learned so many interesting things
about our Earth, how it was formed
and how it is constantly changing. It
is time to put your knowledge to the
test, time to go out into the world
and seek to uncover Science in the
real world.
You are a Science Sleuth!
Your Mission:
Working in pairs you are to track
down at least 10 examples of
Science concepts from our
classroom learning this year.
You will need to take a picture of the
suspected Science concept with a
camera or phone. Later you will be
writing a short sentence to identify
the concept. Finally you will be
making a digital presentation to
document your findings.
