SHale SHaKer

Shale shakers are the fundamental mechanical screening machine in the solids control process. Our heavy duty linear motion shale shakers are able to working for all onshore drilling activities. The shaker is configured with four, three or two screen panels. Some of the shakers’ screens are interchangeable with Mongoose screen replacement (1165x585mm) which allows users to easily source the screen panels locally or aboard. This can reduce rig down time due to the lack or not-prompt supply of screen panels.

The specially designed drilling mud hydrocyclone units are primarily used for removal of sand-size and silt-size particles from returned drilling fluids. The number of desander and desilter cones is customizable according to the real conditions.

Mud cleaner is a combination of desander, desilter and dewatering shale shaker. It is a compact design, small footprint, three in one unit widely accepted by nowadays drilling contractors. It is often installed after the shale shakers where the sand trap drilling mud feeds into the desanders and desiters respectively, the underflow of hydrocyclones loads onto the dewatering screens for recycling the usefully drilling fluids back to the mud system. The drilled cuttings above the screens are therefore dried which lowers drilling cuttings disposal cost.

The purpose designed drilling mud decanter centrifgue is used to separate fine solids particles from returned drilling mud. it plays an important role in maintaining drilling mud property by the means of fine solids removal, mud density and viscosity control, barite recovery etc.

The decanter is a device, which employs a high rotational speed to separate components of different densities. Oildfield decanter centrifuge is the fourth phase solids control equipment if the drilling formation requires fine soilds sparation. It is normally located on the mud process tank following mud cleaner or desilter. The purpose of using decanter centifuge to separate the solid particles of 2-7microns from the drilling fluids. According to different speed, we have middle speed decanter centrifuges, high speed decanter centrifuges and high speed variable frequency decanter centrifuge.

Mud agItator

A Mud Agitator is used in surface mud systems to suspend solids and maintain homogeneous mixture throughout the system. A mechanical agitator is driven by an explosion-proof motor, coupled to a gear box that drives the impeller shaft. The impellers (turbines) transform mechanical power into fluid circulation or agitation. The objective is to obtain a uniform suspension of all solids.

Mud gaS Separator

Mud Gas Separator is commonly called a gas-buster or poor boy degasser. it captures and separates large volume of free gas within the drilling fluid. if there is a "KicK" situation, this vessel separates the mud and the gas by allowing it to flow over baffle plates. The gas then is forced to flow through a line and vent it to a flare. A "KicK" situation happens when the annular hydrostatic pressure in a drilling well temporarily (and usually relatively suddenly) falls below that of the formation, or pore, pressure in a permeable section downhole, and before control of the situation is lost.

Submersible slurry pump is with structure of vertical single stage and single suction system overhung centrifugal pump, it is made of abrasion-resistant alloy, it can transfer medium with high concentration particle. The normal submersible length is 1.3m/1.5m,customized length is available. The vertical cuttings dryer is aimed to reduce the liquid content of drill cuttings which is safe to discharge to the environment or as preparation for bio-remediation. The typical discharge criteria is expressed as Oil on Cuttings (OOC) or Retained Oil on cuttings (rOc). The criteria may be set at a local/national level by economical or legislative requirements.
