KEWANEE HOG DAYS FLEA MARKET & CRAFT SHOW SATURDAY AUGUST 31 st & SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 1st, 2019 WEST / LIBERTY PARK – KEWANEE, IL UNDER THE MANAGEMENT OF HOG CAPITAL BARBECUE, INC., THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY: 1. Anyone selling any type of prepared food or drink at the park must first be approved by Kaye Finney, food/drink concessions chairperson. If you plan to sell any food or drinks, contact Kaye by phone/text at 309 540 9571 or email: [email protected] to be certain it is allowable. No prepared food is allowed without prior written approval of the Henry County Health Dept. along with a copy of the vendor’s current food service license. 2. Advance reservations must be made by Saturday, August 24th, 2019. FULL PAYMENT IN ADVANCE MUST ACCOMPANY RESERVATIONS. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. AFTER THAT, REGISTRATIONS ARE ACCEPTED AT THE PARK BEGINNING FRIDAY MORNING, AUGUST 30, 2019 AT 8 AM. SAVE PAPERWORK & WAITING TIME WITH ADVANCED RESERVATIONS. 3. Vendor space size is 12’ wide and is $25 FOR EACH 12’ SPACE for Saturday and $25 for EACH 12’ SPACE Sunday. When paying for Saturday only, the vendor is allowed to be set up and doing business on Friday if they wish at no additional charge. When paying for Sunday only, the vendor is allowed to be set up and doing business on Monday if they wish at no additional charge. When paying for BOTH Saturday and Sunday ($50 total), the vendor is allowed to be set up and doing business on Friday THRU Monday at no additional charge. 1 VEHICLE PARKS BEHIND BOOTH. BRING A CANOPY OR AWNING. SPACES WILL BE ASSIGNED. 4. Show time is 8 AM until dark, each day. The show is held RAIN OR SHINE. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS and WE ARE NEVER CLOSED. 5. NO ELECTRICITY OR WATER SERVICE is available for vendors. You may use portable generators if they are quiet. Portable toilets and hand washing sinks are provided. 6. Security is provided from 9 P.M. to 6 A.M. Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Festival Committee will not be responsible for lost or stolen articles. Vendor needs to furnish tables, chairs and tents, etc. 7. Check-in time begins at 8 AM Friday IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PARK BY THE CIRCULAR FLOWER GARDEN AREA. 8. Make checks payable to: HOG CAPITAL BBQ INC. and send to Janie Metscaviz, 107 South Park Street, Kewanee, IL. 6l443. Inquiries may be made by calling (309) 883-4183. Mail-in reservations accepted until August 24, 2019. Any registrations after that will be handled at the park.
