In Finland we have a team of 2 employees, the Key Account Manager and a Sales Coordinator. The Key Account Manager is mainly working towards the travel agency and Tour Operator Market in Finland. Areas of responsibilies: • Responsible to ensure that our annual guest- and revenue targets are exceeded in the Finnish market • Iniate and follow up on promoonal acvies, agreements and opportunies with travel partners • Create and follow up on sales- and markeng strategies • Product- and sales training of travel agents • Annual contract negoaons • Plan, parcipate and represent RCL Cruises in various travel industry funcons, workshops, tradeshows, Seminar at Sea etc Qualificaons: • 2-3 years of college or university studies, preferably within sales and markeng • Minimum of 5 years sales experience, preferably with Key Accounts • Preferably some markeng experience • High level of knowledge- and experience from the Finnish travel industry • Fluent in the Finnish language • Excellent English and Swedish language skills, and good understanding of the Scandinavian languages • Documentaon on successfully delivering on sales results Profile: • Goal- and result oriented • Independent and proacve with excellent interpersonal skills • Posive, outgoing and service minded • Highly movated and posive ‘can do’ atude
