At just 1/8 the size of conventional construction blocks, nanoblock™ is a revolutionary Japanese construction toy that takes block building to a scale never seen before. The smallest block measures just 4mm x 4mm!
The small size of nanoblock™ allows the building of desktop designs that contain a high level of detail not possible with standard building blocks. The patented double-ridged backing system makes snapping and unsnapping nanoblock™ bricks together easy for tiny and grown-up hands alike.
The 2014 new season models build on the highly collectable ranges already on offer. New to Australia is the licensed Hello Kitty® range, new critters, amazing musical instruments and incredible Sites to See from around the world. Also arriving is the Imagination Series which include 800+ loose pieces enabling builders to build designs of their own conception. For those creatively challenged the Imagination series include instructions for up to 7 models per set.
The 1600+ block Deluxe Space Ship with it’s 3 build modes is sure to be a challenge for even the most advanced nanoblock™ builder.

Kinetic Sand is 98% sand and 2% magic, where the ‘magic’ is a binding agent that causes the sand to stick only to itself. This sand-in-motion flows and shapes just like wet sand, but leaves surfaces and hands completely dry and mess-free. When pressure is applied to Kinetic Sand, it keeps its shape allowing for all kinds of sculpting and molding.
Kinetic Sand is totally reusable and it never dries out, so it never has to be packed away. As well as non-toxic, Kinetic Sand is anti-microbial and also adheres to Australian safety standards.

What are the Payment Terms?
Payment terms are strictly Pro-forma unless credit terms of 14 days have been approved.
Key Distribution will not ship orders to customers when an amount is overdue.
How do I make payment?
• Bank Transfer Account Name: Key Distribution Pty Ltd BSB: 013374 Account Number: 182271214 Bank: ANZ North Carlton
• Credit Card Online Open the PDF of your invoice. Click on the ‘PAY ONLINE NOW’ button. You will be directed to a secure credit card processing page where you can pay for the invoice. This is 100% encrypted and secure. Key Distribution does not receive or retain your Credit Card information.
• Credit Card by Phone You can pay with your credit card over the phone. Please call our Customer Service Number on (03) 9008 6990
• Cheque. Please contact Key Distribution before paying by cheque.
My retail store has not sold your products before, how do i set up an account?
Please request an account application from Monique or download one from www.keydistribution.com.au
Will I be notified when my order has shipped?
Yes. You will receive an email when your order has left the warehouse. This email will have the tracking details of your order and the contact details of the courier. If you have a question about the status of your order please check the tracking number before contacting us.
Does Key Distribution have minimum order amounts?
Yes. We are unable to break down inner cartons. For minimum order details please check the MOQ details next to each product in the catalogue or on the order form. Please check the order for for minimum order spend amounts.
Does Key Distribution do back orders?
If an item you ordered is unavailable we will automatically raise a new order for that item when it comes back into stock. You will be contacted before this is sent to you to see if you would like to add more items to the delivery or cancel. If a significant part of your order is out of stock you will be contacted to see if you want to choose alternative items.
FREIGHT POLICY
Does Key Distribution do free freight for large orders?
Yes. Freight on orders of nanoblock™ and Makedo over $1000 ($2000 for WA) is discounted 100%. Freight on Kinetic Sand is never discounted due to the heavy nature of the product. An economical way to order sand is to order it in large amounts and have it delivered on a pallet.
Can I pick up my order from the warehouse?
No. Customer collection from the warehouse is not available.
My order is missing something. What do I do?
Please contact Monique with your invoice number and the details of what is missing within 24 hours and she’ll be glad to assist you.
What do I do if my order is damaged?
Damaged deliveries need to be communicated within 24 hours of receipt to be eligible for a claim. The couriers POD should not be signed without marking the delivery as being damaged.
