INGREDIENTS:
125 gm Rice2 Ltr Milk1 Tin Condensed milk100 gm Khoya (optional)1/2 packet Cream (optional)Few drops Kewra essence
RECIPE:
1. Soak 125 gm rice (1/2 cup) for an hour.
2. Drain it. Spread over clean cloth and let it dry (it will take 2 to 3 hours)
3. Grind it coarsely (not finely).

4. Boil 2 Litre milk. Add grinded rice in it. Keep stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
5. When rice gets more than half cooked then add 1 tin of condensed milk. (If required add sugar)
6. To add richness to your dessert you can add khoya or cream or both in the end.
7. Keep cooking on low flame till it reaches desire consistency.
8. Add few drops of Kewra essence and cover for a while.
9. Dish out, cool it. Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios.
10. Serve chilled.
