    2. Mc tiu ca chng trnh o to

    2.1. Mc tiu chung

    Chng trnh nhm o to cc tin s C hc chuyn su v chuyn ngnh C

    hc vt th rn, c kin thc chuyn mn vng vng, to cho h kh nng ging dy,

    nghin cu, v ng dng C hc vo cc lnh vc khoa hc, cng ngh, kinh t, x

    hi trnh cao.

    2.2. Mc tiu c th

    2.2.1. V kin thc:

    Trang b cho nghin cu sinh chuyn ngnh C hc vt rn kin thc nng cao,

    cp nht v C hc hin i ni chung, ng thi cc kin thc chuyn su v cc

    lnh vc ca C hc vt th rn. Nng lc nghin cu ca nghin cu sinh s c

    th hin qua lun n tin s.

    2.2.2. V k nng

    Trang b cho nghin cu sinh cc phng php nghin cu, khm ph kin

    thccc k nng pht hin v phn tch vn , a ra gii php gii quyt vn ,

    c kh nng p dng kin thc vo thc t. ng thi, nghin cu sinh s c k nng

    trnh by bo co, vit cng nghin cu v bi bo khoa hc.

    2.2.3. V thi

    o to tin s C hc c phm cht chnh tr, o c tt, sn sng ng gp cho

    s nghip gio dc, nn khoa hc k thut, v s pht trin chung ca t nc.

    2.2.4. V nng lc

    Tin s C hc c nng lc c lp nghin cu, t duy c lp, lnh o nhm

    nghin cu, sng to trong nghin cu khoa hc; c kh nng bin son gio trnh, t

    vit bi bo khoa hc. Cc tin s C hc vt rn bin dng c th tr thnh cn b

    chuyn mn tt, tham gia ging dy cc trng i hc, nghin cu cc vin, v

    cc cng vic khc c ng dng c hc nh trong cc lnh vc khoa hc, k thut,

    cng nghip v kinh t.

    3. Thng tin tuyn sinh

    3.1. Hnh thc tuyn sinh

    3.1.1. i tng t thc s

    + Xt tuyn vi cc iu kin theo quy nh ca HQGHN

    3.1.2. i tng t c nhn: Kt hp thi tuyn v xt h s chuyn mn

    o Mn thi C bn: Ton cho C hc

    o Mn thi C s: C hc i cng

    o Mn Ngoi ng: trnh C, mt trong nm th ting: Anh, Nga, Php,

    c, Trung Quc.

    o Bo v cng nghin cu.

    Th sinh c bng thc s ng chuyn ngnh hoc chuyn ngnh ph hp hoc

    chuyn ngnh gn chuyn ngnh ng k d thi khng phi d thi cc mn C bn

    v C s.

    3.2. i tng tuyn sinh

    3.2.1. iu kin vn bng v cng trnh cng b

    Th sinh cn tha mn mt trong cc iu kin sau:

    - C bng thc s ng chuyn ngnh hoc chuyn ngnh ph hp hoc

    chuyn ngnh gn chuyn ngnh ng k d thi.

    - C bng thc s khc chuyn ngnh v c bng tt nghip i hc chnh qui

    ng ngnh hoc ngnh ph hp vi ngnh ng k d thi. Trng hp ny,

    th sinh phi d thi nh ngi cha c bng thc s v phi c t nht mt bi

    bo cng b trn tp ch khoa hc hoc tuyn tp cng trnh hi ngh khoa hc

    trc khi np h s d thi v phi d thi theo ch i vi th sinh cha c

    bng thc s.

    - C bng tt nghip i hc h chnh quy ng ngnh, loi gii tr ln v c

    t nht mt bi bo cng b trn tp ch khoa hc hoc tuyn tp cng trnh

    hi ngh khoa hc trc khi np h s d thi.

    - C bng tt nghip i hc h chnh quy ng ngnh, loi kh tr ln v c

    t nht mt bi bo cng b trn tp ch khoa hc hoc tuyn tp cng trnh

    hi ngh khoa hc trc khi np h s d thi.

    3.2.2. iu kin thm nin cng tc

    Thi sinh d thi vo chng trnh o to tin s cn c t nht mt nm lm vic

    chuyn mn trong lnh vc ng k d thi k t khi tt nghip i hc (tnh t

    ngy k quyt nh cng nhn) n ngy ng k d thi, tr trng hp c

    chuyn tip sinh.

    3.3. Danh mc cc ngnh gn, ngnh ph hp vi ngnh hoc chuyn ngnh

    ngh cho php o to

    + Cc chuyn ngnh ph hp: C hc vt th rn.

    + Cc chuyn ngnh gn: Cc chuyn ngnh khc ca C hc ( C hc cht lng,

    C k thut)

    3.4. D kin quy m tuyn sinh: 6-8 nghin cu sinh/nm

    PHN 2. CHUN U RA CA CHNG TRNH O TO

    1.V kin thc

    1.1. Kin thc chung trong HQGHN

    Vn dng c cc kin thc v t tng o c cch mng ca ng Cng Sn Vit Nam v t tng H Ch Minh trong ngh nghip v i

    sng.

    p dng c kin thc cng ngh thng tin trong qu trnh hc tp v nghin cu khoa hc

    Vn dng c kin thc v ngoi ng trong giao tip v cng vic chuyn mn

    1.2. Kin thc nhm chuyn ngnh

    Hiu v p dng thnh tho cc kin thc c bn, c s, v mt s kin thc

    chuyn su ca C hc.

    1.3. Kin thc chuyn ngnh

    Hiu v p dng thnh tho cc kin thc nng cao ca C hc vt th rn.

    1.4. Kin thc chuyn tin s

    Nm vng, c kh nng p dng v sng to cc kin thc chuyn tin s.

    1.5. Kin thc ngoi ng

    t chun B2 ca Khung tham chiu Chu u (i vi ting Anh: tng

    ng 5.0 IELTS, hoc 500 TOEFL), giao tip c bng ting Anh thng qua

    cc hot ng chuyn mn.

    1.6. Yu cu i vi lun n

    Trnh by cc kt qu mi, c ngh khoa hc v mt ti nghin cu

    khng trng lp v ph hp vi chuyn ngnh o to. Cc kt qu ca lun n

    cn c bo co ti cc hi ngh khoa hc v cng b trong cc tp ch chuyn

    ngnh c uy tn.

    1.7. Yu cu v s lng v cht lng i vi cc cng trnh khoa hc s

    cng b

    C t nht 02 bi bo lin quan n ni dung ca lun n c cng b trn

    tp ch khoa hc ca HQGHN, cc tp ch khoa hc c uy tn cp quc gia,

    quc t hoc trong cc tuyn tp cng trnh (c phn bin) ca Hi ngh khoa

    hc cp quc gia, quc t c xut bn chnh thc trong thi gian o to. Tp

    ch khoa hc phi c trong danh sch tp ch c hi ng chc danh Gio s

    nh nc cng nhn v tnh im.

    3. V nng lc

    3.1. Nhng v tr cng tc m ngi hc c th m nhim sau khi tt nghip Tin s chuyn ngnh C hc vt th rn c kh nng bin son gio trnh v

    ging dy cc mn C hc c bn v cc mn thuc chuyn ngnh c hc vt th rn

    cc trng i hc v Cao ng. C kh nng c lp t chc nghin cu v ng

    dng C hc theo hng chuyn ngnh ca mnh cc Vin, trng i hc v cc

    c quan nghin cu, sn xut.

    3.2. Yu cu kt qu thc hin cng vic

    C kh nng nghin cu c lp cng nh tham gia cc ti nghin cu tp th

    v a ngnh v kh nng t chc thc hin cng vic, t mc tiu cng vic v hon

    thnh cng vic chuyn mn tt.

    4. V phm cht o c

    4.1. Phm cht o c c nhn

    C phm cht o c tt, l , khim tn, nhit tnh, trung thc, cn, kim,

    lim, chnh, ch cng v t, yu ngnh, yu ngh.

    4.2. Phm cht o c ngh nghip

    Trung thc, c o c ngh nghip, c trch nhim trong cng vic, ng tin

    cy trong cng vic, nhit tnh v say m cng vic.

    4.3. Phm cht o c x hi

    C trch nhim cng dn v chp hnh php lut cao. C thc bo v t quc,

    xut sng kin, gii php v vn ng chnh quyn, nhn dn tham gia bo v t

    quc.

    PHN 3. NI DUNG CHNG TRNH O TO

    a) i vi NCS c bng thc s chuyn ngnh ng hoc ph hp

    Tng s tn ch phi tch lu: 91 tn ch, trong :

    - Cc hc phn, chuyn tin s v tiu lun tng quan: 21 tn ch

    + Cc hc phn tin s: 09 tn ch

    + Ngoi ng hc thut nng cao: 04 tn ch

    + Tiu lun tng quan: 02 tn ch

    - Nghin cu khoa hc (khng tnh s tn ch nhng l yu cu bt buc trong

    chng trnh o to).

    - Lun n tin s: 70 tn ch

    b) i vi NCS c bng thc s chuyn ngnh gn

    Tng s tn ch phi tch lu: 106 tn ch, trong :

    - Cc hc phn b sung kin thc: 15 tn ch

    - Cc hc phn, chuyn tin s v tiu lun tng quan: 21 tn ch

    + Cc hc phn tin s: 09 tn ch

    + Ngoi ng hc thut nng cao: 04 tn ch

    + Cc chuyn tin s: 06 tn ch

    + Tiu lun tng quan: 02 tn ch

    - Nghin cu khoa hc (khng tnh s tn ch nhng l yu cu bt buc trong

    chng trnh o to).
