Kicker Reseller FAQs

Why is Kicker instituting an Authorized Reseller Registration Program?

To insure end users purchase only from select, qualified Authorized Kicker Resellers capable of delivering Kicker technology, performance and usability benefits.

How do we apply to become an Authorized Kicker Reseller?

On this Portal (www.KickerAuthorization.com ), select “Register”, click your Registration type, when the page refreshes enter your Pass Code, agree to the terms and conditions of the applicableKicker Reseller Agreement then follow the easy steps in providing critical company information about your business and electronically submit your application.

How do we secure our Pass Code?

If you are an existing Direct Dealer or Distributor, your Pass Code will be sent to you and avail-able directly from your Kicker sales team. If you are a new Direct Dealer, obtain your Pass Code from your local Kicker Manufacturers Rep. If you are an Distributor Dealer, obtain your Pass Code from your Authorized Kicker Distributor.

Does the completion of the Registration process and submission of our application guaran-tee approval?

No. All applications and their content will be reviewed by the Kicker sales team for individual ap-proval.

Who needs to execute the Kicker Reseller Agreement?

The signatory for the e-signature electronic execution of any Kicker Reseller Agreement must be authorized and have the authority to enter into the Agreement with an e-signature on behalfof the Company.

What is most critical to the Registration process after executing the Agreement?

Electronic signature of the Agreement is only valid by a company signatory authorized to executethe Agreement.

Creation of User Name and Password for security of your information and future Portal access to:

Download/view executed agreement and other critical business documents Update key personnel and their contact information Update brick and mortar locations

The Primary Email Address entered is used for all critical Kicker email business communications .

How long will the Registration application process take?

Anticipate 10 minutes for Distributor Dealers, 20 minutes for Distributors and 30 minutes for Di-rect Dealers to review the Reseller Agreements and complete your Company profile.

What information should we have available to complete the Company Profile interview and Registration process?

Distributor Dealers need available the following before you begin so you can quickly and easily complete the process:

Your Primary Email Address to be used for all critical Kicker email business communica-tions

Your Primary Telephone number to be used as the search key for Distributor inquiries into the validation of your Authorization status

Resale Certificate or Tax ID number

Company legal name, business type, primary address, phone and DBA’s (if applicable)

All website URL's, Facebook URL and Twitter@address if applicable

Individual contact information for Agreement signatory & primary business contact

Distributors need the information above plus:

Additional individual contact information for primary purchasing, sales, marketing and training contacts

Company information such as class of trade, target markets, associations/groups and shows attended

Additional business, training and marketing information Entry of additional Brick and Mortar Location addresses (if applicable

Direct Dealers need all of the information above plus:

Additional individual contact information for primary service/installation contacts Customer service information

Why do we need to provide all this information?

This facilitates selecting the best possible resellers for Kicker products and understanding what we as a vendor need to provide you to most effectively support your success in representing, pre-senting, training, demonstrating and marketing the Kicker brand and its products.

Can we sell Kicker products to anyone, anywhere?

No, the Kicker Dealer agreements authorize Direct & Distributor Dealers to sell Kicker products only to end users in the United States. The Kicker Distributor agreement authorizes distributors tosell Kicker products only to Authorized Dealers in the United States.

Does approval include authorization to sell Kicker products on the Internet?

No. Within the Company Information section there is a prompt for Direct Dealers only to com-plete an application for Internet Sales Authorization consideration. Additional in depth informa-tion is required in regard to your URL’s, sales performance, product mix, participating market-places, marketing activity, customer service and transaction capabilities.

What if we’re interrupted in the middle of completing the Registration profile?

There is a Save and Continue button at the end of each page of the Registration process.

Why do we need to enter all our Brick & Mortar locations?

The Dealer Locator function on Kicker.com will be powered by the Portal database insuring end users will be directed to only Authorized Kicker Reseller locations most convenient for them to visit.

What if an Authorized Direct Reseller needs to purchase fill-in product from an Authorized Kicker distributor... How will the Authorized Kicker Distributor confirm any particu-lar Reseller is Authorized to purchase Kicker products?

To confirm Authorization of Direct or Distributor Dealers, Authorized Kicker Distributors will enter the Direct or Distributor Dealer's ten (10) digit primary telephone number into the Reseller Verification box on the home page of this site.

Does authorization entitle Distributor Dealers to buy directly from Kicker?

No, the authorization entitles Distributor Dealers to buy Kicker products from and only from Kicker Authorized Distributors.

How long until I hear back from Kicker about our Authorization request?

Typically, 10 business days or less. If you're a new Direct Dealer we'll need 14-30 business days to process your credit application due to reference checks and your bank providing authorization to review your account.

How do we get more information?

Complete the form accessible by clicking the “Contact Us” tab or contacting your Re-gional Sales Manager.

What to do if you are not receiving notification emails?

Since your ISP probably uses some type of spam filter we ask that you add us to your trusted list of senders, contacts or address book. All also known as white-listing.

If you do not see an email from [email protected] in your inbox, due to the overzealous filtering by ISPs our email may have mistakenly been sent to your spam folder. Please open your spam folder, look for it there, open it and mark it as "not spam."
