Kids Club in the Woods is a Holiday Club with a difference. Set in local woodlandschildren spend the whole day outdoors. There are games, craft activities, denmaking, safe tool use and campfire cooking to name but a few of the activities.

Forest School is a unique hands on learning experience that helps build self esteem andis a great place to meet new friends. For children aged 7-13 at 9.30am-3.30 pm (Summermonths) or 10am-3pm (Winter months) every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during allschool holidays in Northop and Caerwys. £60 for three days (Tues, Wed, Thurs) or £22 forsingle days.Saplings Kids Club is a one day version of their popular Kids Club in the Woods,designed for younger children aged 5-7. It will introduce the children to the woodland, teachthem how to be safe around the campfire, make dens and use the woods as a backdrop forimaginative free play. Theatretrain is celebrating it's 20th Birthday by taking over the O2 in London with ashow featuring 3000 children from all over the UK. Pupils from local schools inChester, Mold and Wrexham will all be taking part in this spectacular event. New

They would like tohear from families in the Connahs Quay,Queensferry, Mold, Flint and Hawardenareas. The students have all been learningEnglish for several years. The whole aimof the holiday is to improve their speakingof English and to allow them to experienceEnglish Culture. The students will attendorganised activities all day Mon-Sat. TheEnglish course is based at John SummersHigh School and in the afternoons theyhave sports activities at Deeside LeisureCentre. Students should be able to usepublic transport after a little initial help.The students are expected to join intofamily activities during the evenings andone day of the weekend.
