ü Learn a modern martial art with traditional foundations
ü Build confidence, respect and disciplineü Non-contact technique training and drills
(punching and kicking), progressing to using a punching bag over time
ü 2 Age Groups: Junior & Teenü Grading system to progress from white-to-black
t-shirt, recognising skills, character and discipline
ü Mixed classes: For boys & girlsü Coached by Andrew Berridge, Head Coach at
North Head Fitness. with over 20 years of experience in Karate, Muay Thai and kickboxing, and 8 Australian Titles.
