Các khung cột đỡ kèo có kết cấu tương tự nhau, do đó lựa chọn cột chịu tải trọng lớn nhất để kiểm tra.
Nếu cột chịu tải trọng lớn nhất đủ bền, các cột chịu tải nhỏ hơn cũng đủ bền.
All the temporary supporting framed columns for trusses have a similar structure. Therefore, one of
those columns which has the biggest bearing capacity will be selected for test, and if it has satisfied strength
the other smaller supporting framed columns will also have satisfied bearing strengths.
Theo tải trọng lượng các kèo đã có, cột trên trục F đỡ hệ kèo trên trục W02, E02 chiu tải trọng lớn nhất.
Tiến hành kiểm tra bền cho cột trên (cột đỡ tính toán như hình dưới).
Based on the known available loads of the trusses, the temporary supporting framed columns in the axis
F supporting the truss segments (modules) of the axes W02 and E02 will bear the biggest loads. So the
strengths of these columns will be tested (supporting framed columns will be calculated as below figure).

1. Tải trọng tính toán. Load calculation
Theo số liệu trên bản vẽ mặt bằng lắp dựng kết cấu thép, tĩnh tải tác dụng lên cột chống: / Based on the
data of the steel structure erection plan, a load to be borne by each supporting framed column will be
calculated as follows:
+ hai kèo đặt trực tiếp lên cột tính toán có khối lượng lần lượt là 17,14 Ton (tương đương 171,4 kN),
và 18,27 Ton (tương đương 182,7 kN). / Two adjacient segments (2 Modules) which are resting on one
framed column with calculated weights as 17.14 Ton (equivalent to 171.4 kN) and 18.27 Ton (equivalent to
182.7 kN).
+ Hệ thống kết cấu phụ là 30 Ton (tương đương 300kN). / The weight of the auxiliary structure is 30
Ton (equivalent to 300 kN).
Tải trọng tiêu chuẩn tác dụng lên cột khung tính toán: / The theoretical load to be borne by one framed
column will be calculated as follows:
Gtc = (171,4 + 182,7)/2+300 = 477,05 kN
Tải trọng tính toán lên cột khung: / The calculated load on the framed column is:
Gtt = Gtc x ϒ = 477,05 x 1,05 = 501,375 kN
Trong đó: / Among this:
Gtt : Tải trọng tính toán, kN. / Gtt : calculated load, kN.
Gtc : Tải trọng tiêu chuẩn, kN. / Gtc: theoretical load, kN
ϒ : hệ số tin cậy lấy bằng 1,05 , theo TCVN 2737-1995. / ϒ : a factor is 1.05 according to TCVN
2737-1995.
Theo biện pháp lắp dựng, vì kèo được đặt giá đỡ cột thép như hình vẽ dưới: / Based on the erection
method drawings, the truss segments (modules) will be supported by the steel framed columns as following
figure:
Trọng lượng của hệ kèo phấn bố đều lên 05 cột chống phía trên, sau đó truyền qua các dẫm đỡ (support beam), truyền xuống cột khung và móng.
The weight of the truss will be equally distributed on to 05 upper auxiliary posts at the column heads; then transferred on to the support beams, the framed columns, the column footings and the foundations.
Tải trọng phân bố tác dụng lên 05 cột chống phía trên: / The load is distributed on to 05 upper auxiliary posts:
P = Gtt/5 = 501,375/5 = 100,275
Trong đó: / Among this:

mềm SAP2000 ở trên ta thấy các thanh L70x70x7 chủ yếu chịu kéo nén đúng tâm, thanh 8 tại vị trí mặt cắt 2,864m có nội lực lớn nhất. Các giá trị nội lực tại mắt cắt:
