• If after speed, strength, and agility testing, along with on field assessment by the coaches, concerns arise as to the participation of a player in football, a conference with parents and the player will be held to determine the player's future on the team. 

• Following the conference, a player may be cut from the team if the coaching staff feels that the player will not be able to physically meet the demands of football and/or will not be able to contribute positively in some manner to the success of the team.

• We believe in the two platoon system of personnel game management and will try to play as many players as is reasonably possible during a game.

• We try to put as many players who are not first team on a special teams squad.

• There will be times where it is appropriate to play an athlete on both sides of the ball for a part (or all) of a game.
