Dear Sir/Madam
KingdomSeekers (KSM) Ministries - Overview
KSM is a registered non-profit company (registration number: 2015/321531/08)
founded on sound biblical principles. Our main source of funding is voluntary
contributions from individual members of the public. These funds are utilised to
cover the running expenses of the organisation, as well as various community
projects and outreaches. Below is a list of the projects that we are currently
involved in.
OUTREACHES AND AWARENESS
We are mobilizing Christians in the communities we work with to form prayer groups to pray and evangelize their communities. A number of outreaches are done
to try and be relevant in our communities. We build relationships with people in the communities so that we can identify some of the needs and try to meet them as best as we can. We teach them about God and refer them to the churches we are
connected with. We preach and create awareness at different churches by invitation. We print out flyers to create awareness for the ministry in the
communities. The following are needed; paper, ink, non-perishable food items, clothes, prayer and/or financial partners.

EDUCATION
Our organization provides motivational talks, career guidance, mathematics
tutoring, school uniforms including other school items, counseling and emotional
support to scholars within our reach where we see a need and are able to meet it.
Some of the resources that will be useful are school uniforms that are still in a good
condition, books, calculators, blackboards, crayons, and any other stationary. We
are also trusting God for sponsorships for higher education for the scholars and
financial support for KSM running expenses.
ORPHANAGE We provide regular support to the Thandanani children’s home in an informal
settlement in Zandspruit, Johannesburg. Thandanani provides permanent housing
and care for about 24 children between the ages of 4 - 18 years. Most of the
children are orphans and others have been removed from their homes by social
welfare. The children are of pre-school and school-going age and hence there is a
big need for any school items, e.g. uniforms, shoes, stationary, books, etc. The
orphanage also relies heavily on the public for general provision, e.g. food,
household utensils, maintenance and other basic needs. KSM is constantly keeping
in touch with this Home to identify any needs we are able to meet as a ministry. We
have built good relationships with each of the children by spending time with them
and we know them by name. We provide a little gift for each child for his/her
birthday. They receive maths tutoring where needed, we motivate and give them
Godly counsel. As often as we can, we provide haircuts for the children. They also
need sponsorships for higher education.

WIDOWS AND SINGLE MOTHERS We support some widows and single mothers on a regular basis. Some of their
children do not have good role models in their lives and so we try to fill in the gap.
We stand in as a support to the single mothers. These are some of the things we
provide; household items (i.e. food, toiletries, clothing, etc), financial support,
sponsors to assist with their children’s education, emotional support, counseling,
spending time with them and their families.
HOSPITAL MINISTRY We support work being done in hospitals. Some are public hospitals with a big
contingent of poor and unemployed patients who cannot afford basic necessities.
During these visits people are prayed for including handing out of toiletries, e.g.
soap, facecloths, toothbrushes and toothpastes to patients.

HOMELESS We provide food to some homeless people. Most of these people live on the streets
and are involved in waste recycling to earn some income. We bring a message of
hope to encourage them. We get to know them & their stories. They are in
desperate need of soup, bread, fruit, vegetables, clothes and blankets.
TRAINING AND JOB PLACEMENTS Wherever possible, we are trying to get people trained up with skills they can use to
earn a living in the meantime while also encouraging them to save up to better themselves through further education and/or practical training. We help with CV
guidance and study or work applications. We teach them Godly principles and good ethics. We trust that this will help to produce hardworking men and women of good character who in turn will also want to give back to their communities. We need
financial partners, volunteers who are willing to transfer any soft skill they might have e.g. baking, knitting, hairdressing, computer literacy etc. to assist us with
this.
