For the Woodford common source of supply the completion interval of a horizontal well drilled in a horizontal well unit shall be located not less than 165 feet from any north/south unit boundary and not less than 330 feet from any east/west unit boundary. For the Mississippian (less Chester) common source of supply the completion interval of a horizontal well in a horizontal well unit shall be located not less than 660 feet from any unit boundary.

The Applicant in this cause states that there is currently pending before the Commission in Cause CD No. 201503060-T an application of Applicant requesting the Commission to approve the multiunit horizontal well involved herein and to establish a proper allocation factor for allocating the cost of and the production and proceeds from such multiunit horizontal well to each of the units affected thereby.

AAA projects 41.9 million Americans will journey 50 miles or more from home this Independence Day, the most since 2007 and a 0.7 percent increase from the 41.6 mil-lion people who traveled last year. The Independence Day holiday travel period is defined as Wednesday, July 1 to Sunday, July 5.

Oklahomans will also be traveling in near record num-bers. AAA expects 556,200 Oklahomans will travel over the holiday, a 0.7 percent increase from last year. Of that number, 479,600 will be on the highway, a 0.5 percent increase from last year, and 68,200 will fly, a jump of 1.3 percent from 2014. Another 8,400 Oklahomans will get there by other means, includ-ing multi-modal, boat, train and bus.

“We believe these travel numbers have rebounded because incomes are up, driven by a strong employ-ment market, and consumer confidence is above where it was a year ago” said Chuck Mai, spokesman for AAA Oklahoma. “Plus, despite recent bumps, gas prices re-main 90 cents or more below where they were a year ago and will likely be the lowest for the Fourth in five years.”

Oklahoma’s average price

for regular gasoline on June 25 was $2.58 which is 95 cents below where it was a year ago. The national average gas price on June 25 stood at $2.78, a drop of 90 cents from the price on June 25, 2014. Access current state and city gas price averages at Fuel-GaugeReport.AAA.com.

AAA expects to rescue nearly 360,000 motorists at the roadside across the coun-try this Independence Day weekend, with the primary reasons being dead batter-ies, flat tires and lockouts. AAA recommends motorists inspect their vehicle’s fluids and check the condition of their battery and tires before heading out on a holiday getaway. Learn more under the News & Safety tab at AAA.com.

Travelers will encounter moderately higher lodging rates and airfares this Inde-pendence Day. According to AAA’s Leisure Travel Index, the average nightly stay in a Two Diamond hotel is six percent higher this year at $145, while Three Diamond hotels will cost nine percent more, averaging $195. Av-erage airfares for the top 40 domestic flight routes are six percent higher this Indepen-dence Day, climbing to $227.

Officers and board mem-bers of the Kingfisher County Retired Educators Associa-tion (KCREA) met this sum-mer in the home of Donna Jech to work on plans for the coming year.

All retired educators and support personnel in King-fisher County or retired from Kingfisher County schools are welcome and encouraged to join the association.

Officers for the 2015-16 year include Chuck Hender-son, Terri Peck, Cathy How-ard and Donna Jech. Other board members are John Hopkins, Jneane Kadavy, and Florene Tipton.

The purpose of the asso-ciation is to promote the in-terests and welfare of retired educators, to maintain re-tired educators' identity with the education profession, to enhance the image of retired educators, and to participate in educational and commu-

nity activities. The group has awarded

a scholarship annually for a number of years to a county high school senior planning to enter the field of educa-tion. This year's recipient was Caitlyn Stucki of Kingfisher.

The next meeting will be held Wednesday, Sept. 2, at the Kingfisher Memorial Li-brary. For more information, contact Florene Tipton or any member.

Here’s What NitroFill Will Do For You: Inflating and maintaining your tires with NitroFill can increase the life of your tires by 50%, improve your fuel economy by 10%, and reduce the likelihood of a tire failure by up to 75%...all while reducing your carbon footprint. It’s easy and simple. Just come into the dealership and sign up, and we’ll inflate your tires with NitroFill. If you have any problems or concerns after that, just give us a call or drop in the dealership, and we’ll take care of it for you. Air contains oxygen and moisture that rot your tires, corrode your wheels and leak through your tires.  NitroFill, with its  large molecular  structure, won’t seep through your tires like regular air, and its inert qualities prevent oxidation and reduce wear.   Properly  inflated, oxygen-free  tires last  longer  and  provide  better  fuel economy.

When Filled With Compressed Air Tires Lose Air Pressure Naturally Through The Process Of Permeation.

A Tire Inflated With Compressed Air Will Normally Lose 1-3 Pounds Of Pressure Every Month.

NitroFill Has A Larger Molecular Structure And Doesn’t Leak Through Tires Like the Oxygen In Air.
