In Addition, KINNECT have greater than 350Medical and Allied Health Affiliates nationally and internationally. This allows us to coordinate Pre-Employment Medical and Functional Assessments in geographical regions close to where anapplicant is located.

Should we not have existing coverage in areas in which you require pre-employment assessmentsto be performed, KINNECT will source an Affiliate provider to ensure seamless service provision.

We work with our clients to design not only testing that meets legislative requirements but in certain cases exceedsthese requirements with an end result of further mitigating risk. KINNECT have established a large network of partneraffiliates (over 350) nationally and internationally in order to best service the Pre-Employment Medical and Functionalscreening requirements of our clients.

KINNECT utilises a centralised and reliable criteria/matrix for determining the overall risk of an applicant for theproposed job role. KINNECT pre-employment assessments use a standardised marking scheme that is based uponquantitative outcomes. This process eliminates subjective opinion and/or biases and ensures that all results arereliable.

We want to ensure that your experience with KINNECT is a positve one. For this reason, we have a dedicated customersuccess team that provide on-boarding prior to your commencement with us. As part of your on-boarding, you willreceive a phone call from one of our customer success officers to run through any questions you may have. Duringyour first few weeks with us, our customer success officer will check in with you to make sure that your transition toKINNECT is seamless.

We want to be transparent in our timing which is why every minute is tracked and displayed fromreferral creation to completion. COMPANY DEFAULTSOne of the great features of Carelever Screen is its ability to set company defaults for communication, paperwork,billing and medical requirements.

Communication

At the click of a button you are able to select who gets sent results, communication updates and invoices. Thesecontacts can be edited at any stage, ensuring you always receive the right communication.

Paperwork

Carelever Screen automatically defaults specific paperwork dependent on your company and site requirements.Concern that your applicants will complete the wrong paperwork due to human error is a now a worry of the past.

Billing

CANCELLATIONServices cancelled less than at least 24 hours notice will be billed at 50% of the total cost for thatservice. If a service cannot be completed on the day of scheduled work with no prior notificationgiven, this work will be billed at 100% of the total cost.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSThe intellectual property of theses KINNECT services remains the right of KINNECT Pty Ltd. Thesecannot be copied or used without KINNECT permission.

CONFIDENTIALITYAll information provided to the client and received by KINNECT is treated with confidentiality andshall not be privy to any third party unless required by law.

PAYMENTKINNECT offer two options for payment:

Credit Account

A company credit account can be setup with KINNECT. Please complete our online account setupform: https://www.kinnect.com.au/setup-an-account-with-kinnect/. Our payment terms are 14 daysfrom receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed. KINNECT offers credit card facilities withassociated fee charges.

Any subsequent change to payment terms after acceptance of this proposal, may result in a changein fee structure. KINNECT reserves the right to re-quote should there be a change in payment termsafter commencing the agreement.

Credit Accounts are set up pending approval of a completed account set up form. KINNECT reservethe right to decline any account request if we feel the client is at a high risk of not adhering to theagreed payment terms. For all customers wishing to have an account set up with KINNECT,completion of the Account Form is compulsory in order for the services to be confirmed.

Pre-Paid

We will request a credit card prior to completing the work. This credit card will be charged prior tocompleting the work as per the agreed quoted price. During the delivery of the service should yourequest or require additional services the additional costs will be charged in accordance with theschedule of fees within this proposal immediately upon completing the work. When the credit cardis processed, you will receive an official tax invoice and the corresponding receipt within 24 hoursof payment. Once all service charges have been collected KINNECT will remove all purchasingdetails from our records.

LATE FEESFailure to settle outstanding invoices within the agreed payment terms will result in a 4.5% late feebeing applied to all outstanding invoices.

ADDITIONALAny other costs arising from the work, as approved will be on charged to you at cost plus 15%.
