Of those who responded, 61% were very satisfied and 31% were fairly satisfied with their overall experience of the KHCC. 3% were neither satisfied or dissatisfied with 3% promoting their dissatisfaction and 2% were very dissatisfied.
Overall 92% were either very satisfied or fairly satisfied with their overall experience of the KHCC.

This table represents the final question regarding the KHCC. Service users were asked whether they would recommend the KHCC to someone who has just moved to the local area. 57% stated that would definitely recommend the KHCC, with a further 33% would probably recommend the KHCC. 8% were not sure and 1% would probably not recommend and a further 1% would definitely not recommend the KHCC to someone who had just moved to the local area.
