Re: Letter of Recommendation for Kirsten Caskenette

To Whom It May Concern:

This is a formal letter of recommendation for Kirsten Caskenette who was a Product Specialist with the Oncology Division of Ortho Biotech. I had the opportunity to work with Kirsten from March 2005 until January 2008. Kirsten actively pursued training from me on new data and publications. Kirsten showed a very proactive approach to learning and stayed current by engaging me in monthly journal clubs. When working with Kirsten, I always found her knowledgeable, engaging and goal oriented.

I also had the opportunity to work with Kirsten at several CHE events within her territory. Her programs were always well attended and always met the needs of her physicians. Kirsten had very good working relationships with her physicians, which allowed me to gain access and present key clinical data in a timely manner. When working on calls with Kirsten, she consistently demonstrated excellent speaking skills in communicating with a variety of health care professionals at all levels.

As part of Kirsten's knowledge and special skills, she also showed initiative by being the go to person for any database related issues for her team.

I can recommend Kirsten to you without reservation.

If you have any questions, please call me on cell phone at (604) 644-0726.

Sincerely,

Darlene L. Ramsum, PhD
