PROJECT SPECIFIC ENGINEER (ARCHITECTURE)Ref. PSE/W/08/2019 (18.11.2019)

Responsibilities:

Preparation of Master Plan, Conceptual Plans, 3D Views and Walkthroughs for presentations.

Preparation of detailed Architectural plans in co-ordination with Service groups (Structural & MEP) for execution/ estimates.

Selection of materials, preparation of finishing schedule for project estimation and execution purpose.

Preparation of Structural approval drawings as per relevant norms and building codes and assisting Client for the same.

Requirements:

Essential:

First Class in Architecture(Bachelor in Architecture) or Post Graduate in Architecture (First Class in Graduation level also compulsory)

Minimum 3 years’ (post qualification) work experience in Architecture

Desirable:

Software knowledge in AutoCAD, sketch up, Photoshop.

Posting:

Posting shall be anywhere in India. Occasional travelling may also be required.

Appointment Terms:

Appointment to this post shall be on a contract basis with for a maximum duration of one year.

Remuneration:

Remuneration shall be on a consolidated basis, with a minimum of Rs.35000/- per month. Remuneration shall be commensurate with educational qualification and the no. of years of relevant work experience.
