Now in Nepal!

Kuchh Bhi Ho Sakta Hai

Kuch Bhi Ho Sakta Hai

You can associate your company/product with the Brand of Anupam Kher, the one and only

veteran Indian acting maestro.

Sounds too good to be true? Well, just like the title suggests Kuchh Bhi Ho Sakta Hai ! It really is

possible. Anupam Kher is coming to Nepal with his celebrated play “Kuch Bhi Ho Sakta Hai” and

you can be part of it by sponsoring the event. As this is a Charity Show being done to help

Shikshantar Outreach Program, an NGO working to help educate the poor slum and street

children through its Koseli School, you would actually be helping orphan children obtain quality

education which would change their life.

About the Play

This is a journey of a man who should have been a

failure; one who manipulated his destiny and

forced it to become a success. Never before, in the

history of theatre, has the autobiography of an

actor been dramatised on stage, especially when he

is still practising his craft.

Anupam Kher, with over 470 feature films to boast,

is perhaps the most versatile and prolific actor the

Indian Cinema has ever seen. At the zenith of his

career and crossroads of his life, he pauses to

reflect and share his pain, joy, tears and laughter,

and Anupam’s struggle seems like a shaky Hindi film

finding some coherence by the sheer determination of the protagonist and interesting twists

and turns that life provides in fits and passion.

The play will be staged as a full production with Anupam narrating and dramatising the

important events in his life, e.g. first romantic encounter, failure at Gandhi audition, casting in

Saaraansh, awards, personal relationships etc.

Although the play will tell the story of a small town man making it big in the Hindi Film Industry,

the audience will identify with him and find snatches of their lives being played on stage.

Kuchh Bhi Ho Sakta Hai

This is a play that celebrates life and reaches out to all, with honesty and rare candor.

About Koseli School

KOseli School is run under a registered NGO. It is a centre for slum and street children.

Currently they have 120 children with requests for more admissions every day. These children

come from the poorest parts of the society. They live in unimaginable conditions, so their

biggest need is survival.

Koseli means “a gift” and the centre does exactly that. If offers them a gift of a happy childhood

and education. The centre also takes care of their hygine, nutrition, clothing, medical and

recreational Needs.

The children come to school at 8 am.

They start their day with brushing their

teeth, bathing, and changing into school

uniforms. After a moring assembly, they

settle down to study. The kids are then

served a mid-day hot and wholesome

meal consisting of dal (lentils), rice and

seasonal vegetables. The children leave

the school grounds by 5 pm.

However, a few kids are held back after school. These are our “little gamblers” and “street

fighters”. They are kept engaged in simple activities like making bags out of old newspapers,

book marks etc.

The centre showers upon them the love and care that each one of them rightly deserves.
