2 TEAMTALK PERIOD 9, 2016

One of my closest friends probably has more in common with my three year old than she does with me. She is the first to throw her hands up with joy if I suggest getting the craft box out. You won’t find her standing with the rather bored looking grownups at the playground – she’ll be the one leading all the children under the slide to make a fort. She’ll spend hours with the kids on the trampoline and if you ever need a phone-a-friend specialising in Disney films, she’s your woman.

Children naturally gravitate towards her. However, so do adults. She has a pretty senior job role for a government body, she owns her own house, and she has responsibilities and daily duties just like everyone else. It’s as if, during the transition from child to adult, she took the best bits with her and, as a result, she’s joyful and endearing to be with.

Childish behaviour in people who aren’t actually children is point blank obnoxious. Childishness is whining, complaining when you don’t get what you want and blaming others for your situation. Being childlike, though, is a wondrous thing. It’s throwing yourself into something for the love of it. It’s displaying a great amount of passion and energy without caring what others may think. It’s wanting to know more, grasping opportunities to learn, to grow and to live in the moment. It’s about having fun.

Of course, I’m not suggesting that you climb into the loft and start getting boxes of Lego out (unless you want to). The ‘something’ you display a childlike love of doesn’t actually have to be anything for five-year-olds and under.

Children are constantly questioning why and how. Start to ask yourself these questions. Ask these questions of your business. There are so many resources and people to speak to throughout the Network – your Upline, your team members, crossline distributors, distributors that you see on Facebook, distributors that you bump into at events. Show curiosity in their success, ask questions and continue to ask until you understand and can apply the answers to your own business.

Children don’t deal in the past. Every day they awake refreshed and ready to hurl themselves into an adventure. They find ways to make the mundane fun. They compete and, if they lose, they pick themselves up and compete again – until they win.

Love what you do and create that life you always wanted. You want your life to be fun, don’t you? By tapping into the childlike side of your character, you’ll find your reason why. The focus for why you run your own business, why you work hard to succeed at your business.

If you feel as though you’ve been plodding through your life, going through the motions – it’s time to take control. Grasp this opportunity you have right now and do something incredible with it.

Competition News and views

This business is constantly moving and evolving. New products are introduced every week. Incentives come to an end and new ones begin. Distributors move up the Sales Plan, breaking away from their team somewhat to form new teams of their own. New people come in and others leave. IT systems advance. Successes are briefly celebrated and then we move on to create more successes.

Change is good. A comfort zone is no place to live out your life. Challenges are never easy, but avoiding those means that moving forward, often upwards, can never happen. This business looks hugely different to the one it was ten years ago – to the one it was even ten months ago!

This last Period saw sales once again increased on the previous year. It saw more people than ever before join the Network. It hosted two Showcases in the UK and in Ireland. It became the Period in which international expansion for the company was set in place. It celebrated massive Sales Plan and incentive success.

All of that change leads to us evolving together into an even more phenomenal company. We’re doing this together – no one need be left behind. The fantastic part of this business is that everyone has the same opportunity as everyone else. Every individual is as important as the next, as I’ve mentioned before a level-playing field is vital in every aspect of this business and that is something I will strive to achieve.

Everything changes, but one thing remains the same. People and helping them to achieve their goals. As Zig Ziglar so aptly said: “You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help enough other people get what they want.” That’s our business in a nutshell and we will continue helping you to get what you want for as long as you possibly need.

Over the next few periods, we will be taking our first steps into international expansion, so it’s important that we make it work. Gone are the days that we said something for the sake of it – we all want to take this opportunity from the greatest business in the UK & Ireland today, to the fastest growing in the whole of Europe!

We are all in this together – one team moving forward.

Back in summer, I told you we hadn’t come this far to only go this far. Since then, it’s been onwards and upwards and we’re now not only anticipating a greater Christmas season than ever, we’ve already started! Your part in this is huge, so thank you for all your continued support and all that you do. Together, we will achieve great things! Please keep letting us know of all your successes – no matter how small – and we will continue to use them to inspire others within the Network.

If you’re thinking it’s far too early to be thinking of Christmas, think again! Christmas orders are already flooding in. Don’t let your business be left behind as we hurtle towards the last part of the year.

Here are some ideas to help you maximize your profits this year:

Increase blanket dropping, either by turning around your existing catalogues more often (i.e., drop twice a week instead of once) or investing in more catalogues

1

Attach a Christmas catalogue and order form to your ‘thank you for your order’ slip and collect the extra orders when you deliver the products

3Pick some hero products to highlight on and offline. Whether it’s the Macmillan Angel Bauble or another doorstep demonstration product

4

Don’t forget to up your sponsoring efforts. It may be the most profitable period for you, but for others, Christmas can be a time of financial worry. Let them know there is another way7

Keep tracking your activity and stay on track with your goals8

INCREASE YOUR CUSTOMER BASEThe lead up to Christmas is a great time to pick up those customers who don’t usually order from you. One method that Distributors consistently swear by is tap & tell (personally presenting). It’s a simple two step method that, when trialed, showed that four times as many people placed an order and those orders were a phenomenal 60% larger.

STEP 1: Tap on the door

STEP 2: Tell. “Hi I’m [name] from Kleeneze. I’m just leaving you your catalogue. I will be back on [day] to collect it if you could leave it outside so I don’t disturb you. Thanks! See you soon.

DOORSTEP DEMONSTRATEWe’re a few months away from Christmas, but already our front cover product is creating incredible sales! If you haven’t experienced a Kleeneze Christmas yet, you may be wondering why we’re talking a little more about this product than any other. Let us explain. The Light-Up Glass Christmas Tree is PERFECT for showing your customers at the doorstep. It’s a great eye-catcher and will help Distributors increase their orders – sometimes by hundreds of pounds – this Christmas.

PLUS – Our top ten sellers of this great product will be entered into a draw at the January Showcase to win a place on the Destination 2017 in Mexico!

Demonstrating products on the doorstep is easy. Take one along when you deliver your orders and make a point of showing the product to every single customer. As you finish your delivery, ask your customer: “Hey, what do you think of this? It looks much better in real life, doesn’t it? We’re taking orders for them tonight. Would you like us to get you one?”

Simples!

Given that, at the VERY LEAST, you’re going to make £2.10 on every Light-Up Glass Christmas Tree you sell, here’s how many you’d have to sell in order to treat yourself to some of these this Christmas:

Apple iPad Pro (£549) 262Xbox One (£250) 120Kindle E-Reader (£60) 29Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine (£90) 43Kenwood Blender (£14) 7Calvin Klein Eternity Moment 100ml (£25) 123 Night Berlin Christmas Break (£339) 162Aston Martin Drive Experience (£115) 55Lego Millennium Falcon (£130) 62

KEEP GOOD RECORDSChristmas is the optimum time to thank your customers for their loyalty over the past year and Christmas cards are a great way to do that. In the lead up to the big day, make sure you keep good customer records, so when it comes to writing their cards, it’s a doddle. When’s the best time to deliver them? Well, that’s up to you, however, here’s what one distributorship advised:

“Posting Christmas cards with a ‘thank you for your support and loyalty message through the door when you deliver the catalogue for the last time rather than when you pick it for up for the last time. We’ve found we get more Christmas sales doing it this way and that sales increase in January as a consequence of showing gratitude.”

Stuart and Gail McKibbin, Senior Executive Distributors

Business planning

PERIOD 9, 2016 TEAMTALK 9

It’s the busiest time of the year, so make sure you make a foolproof plan for your business activity, so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the festivities.

There are many ways you can do this. In the lead up to Christmas, try creating your own newsletter featuring hero products or even fun recipes using Kleeneze products!

As it gets closer to Christmas, consider installing a countdown app onto your website or Facebook page.

KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS INFORMED

POINTS TO HELP:• Remember the catalogue will do the selling

for you, so all you’re doing is giving people an opportunity to look at it

• Speak to people with one thing in mind – how would you like to be spoken to? Remember that and let it come across in your voice and tone

• Don’t forget to smile!• Hand them the catalogue as you start your script,

don’t ask or pause • Walk away as you finish your script • If they do not want a catalogue on this occasion,

don’t take offence. Ask if you should pop by next time

• Keep records so you can easily remember who might want a catalogue next time

“Personally present 25% of your books if you want to increase your bulk sales” Gillian Nicholson, Platinum Premier Executive

“We use a simple ‘last chance to order before Christmas... orders placed now will be delivered before Christmas’ slip. It’s important, especially closer to Christmas when customers are concerned that their gifts will not arrive on time.”

Mike and Dawn Gough, Gold Senior Executive Distributors

“Have your web address or Facebook Group/page on all your slips and let customers know they can order online too,”

Debra and Steve Nell, Gold Senior Executive Distributors

HOLD YOUR CHRISTMAS PARTY NOWYou know what it’s like, come Christmas you’ve more social engagements than the whole Kardashian family combined. You’re not the only one who has trouble fitting it all in – friends, family and customers will feel the same. Why not hold an ‘open day’ now, gain sales and procure repeat business for the rest of the year and beyond!

“Invite your customers to an open day at your home to thank them for their support over the year. Give everyone a free raffle ticket for attending and a prize to the winner at the end of the day. Make the prize the products you are promoting at the time and announce in your customer newsletter who the winner is and what they won.

Also offer 10% off for orders placed on the day. Ask each customer to bring a friend you don’t know (and she will have an extra free raffle ticket for this). This will give you an extra catalogue or online customer in the future.”

Jackie and Peter White, Gold Premier Executives

With the dawn of the opportunity in a brand new country, many people are talking about getting back to ‘traditional network marketing’, but what is that and does it work?

In a nutshell, traditional network marketing is what people used to do before the Internet! It’s a proven, effective method of building your business using your warm list contacts, opportunity meetings and the three-foot rule method.

The introduction of the World Wide Web changed everything. Suddenly, your warm market went from those who lived near you to a global scale and the term ‘internet marketing’ was coined.

The truth is, though, ‘traditional’ and ‘new age’ Network Marketing cannot only just co-exist, they can now actually benefit each other.

Getting back to basics

5,800

THREE-FOOT RULEQuite simply, the Three-Foot Rule deems that whenever you’re within three feet of anyone, you should talk to them about your business. It can sound intimidating if you’ve never done it, but it is a proven, effective way of building your business.

Like most new skills, it takes practice to make perfect! The fact is, if you tap someone on the shoulder in a queue in the supermarket and ask them if they want to hear about your business, it probably won’t work. It’s time to put your small talk to work. Grab a list of ‘safe’ topics – the weather, current events, traffic, parenting etc. A compliment also goes a long way to endear yourself to someone too, ie: “I love that bag, do you mind me asking where you got it from?”

To start off, just practice small talk and being friendly with strangers. That way, when you start telling them about your business, you’ll already be a master at breaking the ice! Often you’ll find, especially when you’re excited about your business, you’ll find a natural way of bringing the conversation around. Don’t forget to always carry your details – a business card or something similar – with you at all times too!

The Internet is a fantastic place to Three-Foot Rule! Conversations are already happening in various groups and just through the group’s name, you’ll know what the members are interested in! Look for conversations that you can join in with or even ones with dilemnas that you can provide a solution for!

Network marketing

OPPORTUNITY MEETINGSSo you don’t feel like you’re ready to explain the ins and outs of Kleeneze to your nearest and dearest? Nevermind. Opportunity Meetings were created for just this reason. With meetings held all over the country, distributors come together to hear great testimonials and the latest information, as well as meet others in the Network. Bring a guest and it’s a fantastic introduction to the opportunity.

Why not ask a friend or a family member to come along with you for support and you never know, they may end up joining you in your new venture!

Online opportunity meetings are out there in the form of groups, webinars and videos! Or use your own group to publish testimonials and success stories!

WHAT IS YOUR WARM MARKET?This is the place where everyone’s sponsoring journey should begin – your warm market. Your warm market is simply everyone you know in any capacity – friends, family, colleagues, neighbours, hairdresser, postman, bus driver etc, etc.

It’s always recommended, because it’s actually the easiest way – these are people that you already have a rapport with and a reason to approach. They already trust you and are ready to hear you out.

Often, your sponsor would recommend writing a list of 100 – 200 people you know to start you off. However, in this day and age, with social media, your warm list is often already created for you. It’s called your ‘friends list’!

APPROACHING YOUR WARM MARKETLike doing any new thing, the first time you approach someone from your warm market list can be daunting. They key is to remember that you’re only telling them what you’re up to and recommending it. That’s all. The same way as if you’d seen a really good film the night before and wanted to tell them about it.

You don’t need to pester, persuade, convince or sell people into joining you. All you’re doing is sharing and if it’s not right for them at that time, move on and approach them another time.

DEALING WITH REJECTIONAnyone who has any success within Network Marketing has had to deal with rejection at some point in their journey. When we are rejected in anything in life, it’s human nature to take it personally. To build a successful team, though, you need to come to terms that you’re probably going to face many rejections – it’s the nature of the beast.

The only thing you need to do in these circumstances is not to take it personally! It’s not you that’s being rejected, it’s the opportunity or the timing or a variety of other reasons – none of which you can control!

Turn the rejection into a fire to succeed. So your old school friend doesn’t want to join you right now – do they know anyone who does? Use these opportunities to build up your contact lists. It’s always a numbers game – the more people you speak to, the bigger your team will eventually be!

FOLLOWING UPThere are hundreds of Distributors who didn’t join Kleeneze the first time they heard about it. Some didn’t even join the tenth time they heard about it! Every person is different and has things going on in their life at various times. Just because they decided not to join last year, doesn’t mean that their circumstances haven’t changed this year.

You should never strike someone off your warm list indefinitely. Get back in touch later on and let them know how you’re doing with your business and, you never know, they may wish to join you this time.

Be aware that every status update, every tweet, every YouTube video you post is effectively an online follow-up! Keep throwing your results, achievements and good times out there, because your warm market will remember this when the time is right!

Whether online or in face to face, this is a network marketing business and, in order to succeed in growing a team, you’ll need to network! Networking is simply telling people you know about your services and your business, with the end results hopefully being they either shop with you, join you or tell someone else about you. They say that the average person knows about 500 people. Even if you spoke to just two or three a day, they, in turn, could speak to two or three that they know and so on and so on. Grab every opportunity you can to tell people about your business venture – whether they live in the same street as you or you’re sat next to them at the hairdressers, whether you know them or you don’t, whether you’re on or offline. It’s a numbers game, so start tracking and counting, because the more people you speak to today, the bigger your team will be tomorrow!

“They key is to remember that you’re only telling

them what you’re up to and recommending it.”

The Internet has made approaching people easier – befriending someone you went to high school with and telling them what you’ve been up to via messenger often feels more comfortable than picking up the phone or meeting face-to-face. Both ways are, of course, fine, but nothing beats personally speaking to someone.

My Kleeneze storyAround the Network

PERIOD 9, 2016 TEAMTALK 17

“I started Kleeneze in October 2015 after seeing an advert on Facebook by Clare Kinsella. I liked the look of the products she had on show and thought it was something different compared to the usual products you see posted. I work full-time as a housing officer assistant, but I was always on the lookout for ways to make an extra income and I was confident that I could make this work. I discussed it with my best friend, Laura Fisher (who is now a team member!) and she thought it was a great idea.

I had heard of Kleeneze before, in fact, just a few weeks before I had purchased the spider repellent spray through the website. I could have kicked myself, because if I’d started sooner, I could have purchased through my business sales!

I set up my Facebook page straight away, and started posting products and instantly got great interaction on the page. People were really excited by the products, and I had sales that very same evening. I joined on 11 October 2015 - 2 weeks into a Period; however my cheque for those first two weeks was £206.09 and I reached my 10% bonus. This really boosted me, as I knew if I could do that in 2 weeks, what could I do in a full 4 week Period and in the run-up to Christmas.

I earned catalogues through the 30 Day Challenge (now Welcome Rewards) and started giving them out to people with their orders. There was always another order when I came to collect them back. Achieving that first incentive really helped me in the beginning, as without earning those free catalogues, I wouldn’t have had half the sales I did. The Beat Your Best challenges these past

few Periods have also been a great way of setting my mind towards a goal, and saved me having to pay out for the new catalogues.

I had no real goals when I first started, but seeing the amazing achievements of my Uplines, Clare and Chris Kinsella, made me decide that I wanted that too. I didn’t have any interest in attending the Christmas Showcase until just before when I saw everyone getting excited and aiming to achieve new records to get recognised there. I decided I would watch it on Livestream. I got a real buzz out of watching it and took lots of notes. It was time to up the ante, to really push to get to a new bonus level and reach Gold. I set upon it straight away, recruited 3 new team members and shot to my 15% bonus. Now there is no going back. I am tuning into every webinar I can, really listening to the tips that are given out and putting them in place.

I’ve been recognised as top retailer several times in Team Kinsella and the Focus Group. When the new K Life catalogue came out, I launched it online through a Facebook event and took over £500 in one-and-a-half hours! That was amazing.

I have met some great people through Kleeneze; not only my sponsors and my team, but also my customers. I have built up such great relationships with them and made new friends. Plus, the extra money has definitely helped with holidays and those added luxuries.

If you’re just starting out in this business, my advice is simple – listen to your sponsors, follow in their footsteps, watch the webinars, attend the meetings and Showcases when you can. Really make an effort, as it will all pay off in the end.”

Claire Littlejohn, Silver Distributor

I sold £500 of product in less than 2 hours!

“I would like to recognise Zoe Woodford who only joined the business a couple of months ago. This period she has retailed over £800 in the first two weeks, with a 10 month old baby, another young child and also organising a wedding in the very near future too! Well done Zoe!” Adele De Caso, Gold Senior Executive

“Evening all just wanted to share my pick up this week. I have 61 streets so far in total

Books out = 185Streets covered = 23 (some streets are small) New customers gained = 8£504 in orders!!” Lori Addison-Simmons, Silver Distributor

“Dropped 144 CB last Friday, picked up yesterday, with stragglers collected today, collected back in 142 cats (2 on holiday) 49 orders totalling £1061.5 PLUS another order of £151 using the Spread the cost of Christmas order form (wanting delivery end of month) Not started the doorstep demos yet!

A whopping £1212.50 in orders that range from EVERY catalogue!” Lynn Kent, Gold Distributor

Retail feedback “Christmas has arrived in my town! Collected 82 customer catalogues today, 52 orders totalling an amazing £1347! That makes our 2 day total £2248 from the 136 books and 86 orders (still 16 to collect)!

Our biggest ever days before this were:12/9/05 109 books, 53 orders, £139425/9/13 118 books, 66 orders £1546.Today is a lot less books so a lot less time spent.

Building a customer base right takes persistence (keep on going), resistance (ignore all the negatives), consistency (do what you say when you say you’re going to do it) and time!” Kate Lee, Gold Distributor

“£308 total today from 52 Customer Base books, including 5 orders over £40, and the customer who said it was too early for Christmas ordered £42 in total, £20 of which was from the Christmas book!” Simon Chaplin, Silver Distributor

The amount of retail feedback we’ve recently received is PHENOMENAL and we can see this being one of our biggest Christmas seasons EVER. Below is just a snapshot:

Keep sending your feedback in to

[email protected]

When I started with Kleeneze, I didn’t have a lot of friends. I’d just moved areas and didn’t know anyone. I decided to make the 9 hour round trip to go to my first training meeting in Runcorn, as I believe it’s important to get as much training as possible. It was there I was recognised for hitting 13%. There were people I had never met clapping for me and wishing me well. No one knew where I had come from. It was an incredible feeling.

This business is simple. Give your customers the best customer service you possibly can. Never ask someone in your team to do something you wouldn’t do yourself. If you’re not willing to give up your evening coasting on Facebook, don’t expect them to. If you’re not willing to deliver catalogues in the rain, don’t

expect them to. Get the catalogues out – it’s the law of averages, the more you put out, the more you get in.

Finally, believe in yourself. Really believe that you can do this. I never expected this business to change my life in the way it has - mentally, physically and emotionally, Kleeneze has transformed my life and I am so excited about my future.

Against all odds

18 TEAMTALK PERIOD 9, 2016

“I started Kleeneze on 1 July 2016. Up until that day, I had been out of work for 6 years, existing on sick benefit. My whole life, I have always worked, but unfortunately I became very unwell with post-traumatic stress and had no other option but to go on sick leave. I knew that getting back to work would help me and I needed a way back in, but how can you explain 6 years missing from your CV? I kept pleading with my doctors to help me – I was desperate to stop shutting myself off and get back to work.

PERIOD 9, 2016 TEAMTALK 19

I”ve turned my life aroundFor some people, Kleeneze affords them the luxuries they couldn’t previously afford. For others, it gives them time freedom to spend doing the things they love with the people they love. Then there are those that find their entire lives transformed – for whom Kleeneze is more than just an extra income or a chance to do something different; it’s a lifeline.

For Silver Distributor, Carol-Ann ‘Caj’ O’Neill, Kleeneze has changed everything. It’s taken her from a life on medication, out of work and hiding from the world to a confident, business-owning, and goal-achieving person, who is eagerly looking forward to a bright, new future she never dared dream existed before.

I had ordered products from Kleeneze online and the second time around I asked my distributors, Jacqui and Stephen McCormick, if they could include a catalogue in so I could have a look. What Jacqui actually did was invited me to her home to a party. It was then I found out about the opportunity. I saw the cheques, I sat in the car they had won, I looked at the photos of India and I thought, why can’t I do this? I signed up then and there.

Right at the beginning, I only had one goal. I turn 50 next year and my daughter, Rose, turns 21. To celebrate, we want to go to New York, so I set out to open a savings account and start putting away for that. In my first Period, I did 13%, received a £400 cheque and my goals started to change.

Jacqui sent me the ‘circles’ video. It really excited me and I watched it over and over again. I knew I could do this. I could get back to full time work and make a career out of it. Once I’d made the decision, I set to work. I had a small crafts business making cards before, so I revamped my little

office of all the ribbons and cards and replaced them with order forms and delivery notes. I started on Operation 250 – delivering 250 catalogues Monday to Friday.

My son (pictured), my daughter and her partner have also signed up into the business. I didn’t have to coax them to join, they just couldn’t believe the change in me. Together we’ve set up databases, so we can track which Facebook groups we’re posting on. We’ve set up databases for sponsoring. We’ve set up a YouTube channel demonstrating the products, how to get started and basically showing that anyone can do this business.

When I decided I was going to make this my career, I knew I had to do it properly – have a plan and go for it. We’re sowing seeds now setting this all up and all we need to do from now on is water them and pull the weeds out (because we know we’ll get them!). It’s all about committing to it and nurturing it.

Anybody could do this from any background. It’s not for the elite. If you can do it, you can teach other people to do it and make a living out of it. It’s very easy to make a living out of it if you’re willing to work. All I wanted was to go back to work, but no one would employ me when I was drugged up, scared of my own shadow. I didn’t have to give a CV, I didn’t have to give references, I just had to grab it and do exactly what Jacqui and Stephen told me to do.

My confidence has gone through the roof. Last Thursday, I picked up my last blister pack of pills – I am now off all medication. I’ve got the confidence to reengage with old friends. I’ve lost loads of weight – cataloguing is the best diet, especially when you live in Scotland and every house has steps leading up to it! Kleeneze has done what doctors, meds and therapies couldn’t do!

My new goals to have by Christmas are:• Have a cheque for £1,000

• Sponsor 10 ‘elves’ as I call them into my team!

• Have 150 catalogue customers

• Have online sales of £500

“Right at the beginning, I only had one

Rose, turns 21. To celebrate, we want to go

Kleeneze stories

20 TEAMTALK PERIOD 9, 2016 PERIOD 9, 2016 TEAMTALK 21

Throughout the Network, every single day, Distributors are achieving more and more, beating their personal bests, hitting their individual goals and creating their own futures. Their stories are inspiring. From the small goals to the audacious, they are all worth reading and learning from.

Over the next few pages, you’ll find some of the stories that show what a wonderfully unique and varied Network we have. All have different goals and different backgrounds and yet all can use this fantastic opportunity to create the lifestyle they dream of.

THE SKY REALLY IS THE LIMIT“I joined Kleeneze at the end of January this year. I’d been scrolling through Facebook when I came across an advert by Louise Conlan. I messaged her and she sent me some information. I thought, why not – and signed up!

I was worried that I wouldn’t make any sales at all, but on my very first night, I placed two orders of €180 each and it hasn’t stopped since. My first cheque was for €215 and I was so happy with that, but it’s shot up since and my most recent was for €1,400.

A couple of weeks into the business and I decided I would start trying to build a team. The lovely Clare McMahon was my first sign up and I now have a strong team of 32!

I went to the Summer Showcase in Birmingham in June and it was a real eye opener for me. I saw first-hand what could be achieved and said to myself ‘I can make this work and I will make this work’.

On 23 June, six months after joining, I achieved Gold Distributor status. Happy is an understatement – I cannot describe how I felt about it. The sky really is the limit – you just need to want to succeed and you will.

What I love the most about this business and company is that I can still spend as much time as I like with my little boy, who is only 19 months old, whilst earning money to be able to treat our family.

I would, of course, not be here without the fantastic team that I have. I owe it all to their hard work and dedication.

My advice to anyone who thinks sales are slow this week or thinks it won’t work – stick with it! It does and will work!”

Donna Rooney Benhenida, Gold Distributor

Success leaves clues CREATING SOMETHING SPECIAL FOR ME AND MY FAMILY“I wanted to share this Facebook post from Silver Distributor, Laura Morley, as it has lots of amazing feedback. She is an inspiration and I have absolutely no doubt that she will be flying up the Sales Plan,” Emma Kyffin, Gold Distributor

My goal this Period is a simple one - hit 13% personally (to get 13% I need to do a minimum of £60 per day of sales over the Period)

My Goal Plan –

• Post 2 Products in 80 groups a day (my usual posting)

• Post an extra 2 Products in 80 groups a day

My results so far –

• Day 1 - 2 product posts in 80 - Day End Sales - £51/£60

• Day 2 - 3 Product Posts in 80 - Day End Sales - £50/£60

• Day 3 - No Posts - Day End Sales - £33.50/£60

• Day 4 - 5 product posts in 80 - Day End Sales - £76/£60

• Day 5 - 2 product posts in 80 - Day End Sales - £43/£60

• Day 6 - 2 Product posts in 80 - Day End Sales - £58/£60

• Day 7 - 2 product posts in 80 - Day End Sales - £29/£60

• Day 8 - 3 product posts in 80 - Day End Sales - £99/£60

• Day 9 - 3 product posts in 80 - Day end sales - £44/£60

• Day 10 - No posts - Day end sales - £20/£60

• Day 11 - 4 product posts in 80 - £168/£60

• Day 12 - 4 product posts in 80 - Day End Sales - £60/£60

• Day 13 - 1 product post in 80 - Day End Sales - £31/£60

• Day 14 - 3 product posts in 80 - Day End Sales - £49/£60

• Day 15 - 2 product posts in 80 - Day End Sales - £66/£60

• Day 16 - 3 product posts in 80 - Day End Sales - £79/£60

Whatever your goals are, track what you are doing to achieve them! I write on my calendar every day what I have got done each day in way of sales and posts and it has helped me loads.

“Long ago, I realized that success

leaves clues, and that people who

produce outstanding results do specific

things to create those results. I believed

that if I precisely duplicated the actions

of others, I could reproduce the same

quality of results that they had,”

Tony Robbins

I joined on 1 March this year, but it’s only in the past six weeks that I’ve actually set any real goals and started to track any progress. Before then I just wanted bit of extra cash, I didn’t really plan on where I wanted my life to go or how I would achieve anything. I just winged it!

This business shows you a TRUE potential of where it can take you. It helps you evaluate the things in your life and yourself and helps you realise your worth. It’s helped me find out, through personal development, who I am and what I can become and what I can do to help my future blossom into something special for me and my family.

I’m a single mum with 4 kids - aged 1, 2, 4 and 6. I have a hectic household and I live in a house that does nothing but cause me headaches thanks to bad landlords and agents. I have nothing but negativity around me as well as other things going on in-between, but I am a woman on a mission and none of that will stop me!

Some advice from somebody that isn’t really an anybody just yet (I’m working on it just like the rest of you)

My life is still hectic. My days are still long and full of children, housework annoyances, disappointments, I could go on for hours! But, even though I have a lot going on elsewhere, my success is important to me and no matter what, I will do as much as I can fit in a day – even if I have to stay up later to get it done!”

“Whatever your goals are, track

what you are doing to achieve

them! I write on my calendar every

day what I have got done each

day in way of sales and posts and

it has helped me loads.”

WE REJOINED AND ARE SO GLAD WE DID

“14 years ago, I answered an ad in the local newspaper and joined Kleeneze in Fay and Andrew Roe’s group. Due to different circumstances, I didn’t

stay, but the impression that Kleeneze, Fay and Andrew had left on me.

That’s why 14 years later, after having a conversation with my partner, Charlotte, I decided to give it another go. So, I set about finding Fay and Andrew through Facebook and sent them a message asking to rejoin.

We are now 5 weeks into starting now and what a first 5 weeks it has been!

Turnover for those 5 weeks has been over £2,000. We received all our Welcome Rewards within the first 2-and-a-half weeks and hit 13% in our first full Period.

A huge amount of that success is down to the fact that I took the time to present books to customers. Our street alone – approximately 60 houses – is now on cycle 2 and produces an average of £180 orders.

Charlotte is now following the system for the online side of the business and is receiving orders and building a good online customer base. The retail side of things is looking good. The plan l going forward is to continue to build the online side of it and to have a minimum of 6 decent size customer bases.

This is has all been done working full time jobs and around 3 young children, so to says it’s not been hard work would be a lie! Charlotte works for Santander and I work for Royal Mail. Life is good, but the lifestyle and our future is going to be better which will be achieved through hard work, endeavour and sheer determination. Plus the great support from our Upline.

We’ve started working on our warm list, working through the numbers to help others achieve in this business. We attended our first Showcase and Gala Dinner too, what great fun that was.

I have many great and interesting stories from being out and about meeting people and working through the numbers, I love that bit. Long may it continue!”

HEADING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTIONAnthony Lane achieved his 10% certificate earlier this year, after joining Kleeneze in Period 2. We are very proud of his achievements, as he is working on foot. Who could resist a young Dad with his baby in the pram (weather permitting)?

Anthony has had to overcome some real challenges to keep his business on track but he has succeeded with his great attitude and lots of determination. His goal is to provide for his new family and make a better life for his son Harrison. He is working very hard to build both a retail and online business and is doing very well at both. He has a willingness to learn new skills and use them productively. His next target is 13% and to sponsor a new team member. Well done Anthony, you are heading in the right direction and we are backing you all the way!

TURNOVER OF 1 MILLION, 3 MONTHS AHEAD OF TIME“Christmas is here! There are some fantastic results coming in. Business is booming and people always say ‘success leaves clues’ – well Stuart and Robyn Lee-Heard, along with their fantastic team, have just turned over one million pounds! What’s special about that, you may ask? Well, they have done it a whole three months earlier than last year. An amazing result! Well done, Stuart and Robyn – great leaders in the business and what a fantastic team you have developed. Congratulations to you all.”
