General Terms and Conditions
All goods supplied by Kard Co (hereafter referred to as ‘The Company’) are subject to the following terms and conditions.
Product descriptions Kard Co reserve the right to change product descriptions and prices without prior notifications.
Loss or damage Any shortage of delivery or damage to goods must be notified to The Company in writing or by telephone within 3 days of
delivery. Non delivery must be notified within 7 days of receipt of invoice.
Orders & carriage No minimum order value and free carriage on all orders over £25. Prompt delivery, next day when possible.
Liability Risk in the goods passes to the Buyer on delivery. The Company is not responsible for any loss, damage or physical injury
arising from the misuse or misapplication of products. The Buyer will determine the suitability of the goods for its intended
use and will not rely upon any representations made by or on behalf of the Company as the Seller.
Title of goods Title of the goods is retained by The Company whilst any sum remains unpaid. The Buyer agrees that the company in
seeking to exercise its rights under this clause, may at any reasonable time, enter the Buyers premises and remove goods.
Returns Goods which were incorrectly ordered by the customer must be returned in good usable condition for refund or exchange at
The Company’s discretion.
Payment terms Payment is strictly 30 days nett monthly, ie invoices payable by end of month following date of invoice. All prices quoted
exclude VAT.
Cancellation The Company shall be entitled to suspend or cancel deliveries if any payment due from the Buyer is not made on the due
date.
Dispute English Law shall determine any dispute arising between the Buyer and the Company under these terms.
