Insert two adjustable legs and castors into frame.1

2 Klik in two horizontal braces to vertical memberof the frame, as low down as possible.

3 Klik in diagonal braces, starting at the bottomrung. Braces should be added in a continuouspattern. When fitting a full intermediate workplatform it is permissable to interrupt thecontinuous pattern.

4 Fit plain platform on appropriate rung of frame.See tower kit guide for illustration. This will

depending on final tower height.

Lock castors and level tower.6 Fit four handrail braces, two on outside and twoon mid rung of frame as shown, on lower levelsthese may not be required.

7 To add further frames, stand on platform ensuringthe ladder frames are in line.

8 After adding frames always engage interlockclips.

9 Klik in diagonal braces to continue in a regularpattern. Double width towers always havediagonal braces either side of the toweropposing each other as illustrated.

Secure stabilisers as soon as possible to increasetower stability. Check tower kit list to ensure thecorrect stabilisers are fitted.

11 Fit trapdoor platform on appropriate rung aboveyour head, see tower illustration guide.

12 From the sitting position through the trapdoor (3T),fit four handrail braces, two on the outside andtwo on the inside as shown.

13 Continue erecting tower to final tower heightrepeating the 3T process as illustrated. Alwaysensure that there is side protection to prevent falls.Maximum vertical distance between platformsmust not exceed 4m.

14 Remove plain platform from the bottom andreposition as shown.

Position trapdoor platform alongside plainplatform.

16 From the sitting position through the trapdoor (3T),fit four handrail braces to vertical member offrames.

17 When handrails have been correctly fitted, fittoeboards.

When INTERMEDIATE PLATFORMS are to be used asworking platforms, fit a plain platform beside thetrapdoor platform, ensure there are guard rails andmidrails on both sides of the tower and that toeboardsare used.

Dismantling is the reverse except when dismantlingthe handrails. Unclip the four end hooks and fromthe sitting position remove the handrails. Do notremove the handrails whilst standing on theplatform, this would leave you at risk.
