How:Make it a race.Get the siblings/friends involved.Make an obstacle course for them to navigate around in theliving room.Add into play time.Encourage this movement to travel to different parts of thehouse.Perform up/down the driveway or yard.

Encouragement:Could vary speed and reps to compete with familymembers.Exercise log → accountability.Put sticky-notes/reminders at desk to do while working.Perform while doing homework/studying.Do just before/after meals at the kitchen table.Do while watching TV or on Tablet.

8TH-12TH GRADE (AGES 14-18) - HAMSTRING CURLS

Encouragement:Mimicking animal (bunny).Hop to targets or goal on the ground.Get to listen to favorite song after completion of hops.Play time.Clean up time.Help release energy before bed or nap.

Encouragement:Mimicking animals.Challenge for how high they can jump.Reward for completion of jumps.Could change to leapfrog with a friend.Could be used for changing location in the house.Could be used during clean up.Completion prior to snack time.

Encouragement:Fun and engaging stand alone game.Save the animals/toys.Family involvement - race around the obstacles.Could be used when family is together in living room orplayroom.Requires set-up so may not be as easily integratedthroughout day.
