     Attach slats to curved supports using glue and woodscrews.19.

    Drill pilot holes through the counter-18.bores and into the curved supports.

    Cut spacer blocks from plywood to help align and position the curved supports during17.assembly. Clamp the spacer blocks between the curved support pieces.

    Now drill counterbores in all of the16.seat and back slats and braces to accept woodscrews.

    Before beginning assembly, roundover15.the edges of all the chair pieces using arouter table and 1/4-inch roundover bit.
