key  people/positions.

Integrate with other key programs & processes

Integrate  knowledge  capture  and  transfer  initiatives  with  succession  planning,  hiring,  on-­‐boarding,   and  training  and  development

Install knowledge “harvesting” process

Employ  proven  process  for  eliciting  and  packaging  knowledge.  Select  and  train  internal  personnel  and  provide  ongoing  support  system

Focus on application. Track results.

Involve  end  users  early.  Outline  how  knowledge  and  tools  will  be  used  and  how  applicability  and  

impact  will  be  measured.
