What is a Business Simulation?
… it is a dynamic representation or a dynamic model of a business process, a business function, a whole company, an industry or an economy

How are Business Simulations designed and implemented?
Business Simulations are based on real-life market information resulting from extensive research.
They are designed using the System Dynamics toolset and take into account a series of parameters, relationships and probabilities, with the aim of representing real-life situations as closely as possible.

The resulting models are coded into software programs, which provide us with the opportunity to see the results of our decisions, in a given set of circumstances.

EURONET has been designed based on the structure, organization and operation of a vertically integrated company, competing in retail and wholesale markets.
The company is structured around four main functions: Marketing, Operations, Distribution (including Human Resources), and Finance.

Teams and Objectives …
Participants are put in teams of 3-5 and take control of the management of a virtual company, in the start of its 2nd year of operations.
The facilitator, sets team objectives which should be accomplished at the end of the simulation. These might include:
