    OPPORTUNITY:Adaptive reuse, improvement, and/or operation of the equestrian structures inKnox Farm State Park (the Park), East Aurora, Erie County, New York.

    TERM: 10 years, beginning on or about January 1, 2017

    LICENSE FEE:Minimum $25,000 annual payment to State Parks ANDMinimum 5% of gross receipts (or $5,000 annually)

    CAPITAL

    INVESTMENT:As needed to realize proposal

    R&R ACCOUNT: $5,000 annual payment

    UTILITIES FEE: Licensee is 100% responsibleshared on a pro rata basis and directly billed

    TRASH/REFUSE

    REMOVAL:Licensee is 100% responsible (including all organic waste, manure, and bedding)
