MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONSAll upholstery and surface materials applied on our products are made of natural materials. Products in the same product group may have differences in color and pattern. All surfaces must be protected from heat resources (heater, air conditioner, iron, sun, cigarette etc.), water and humidity. Wood products may show color changes due to sun exposure over the course of time. Leathers and fabrics on upholstered products may become loose due to varying temperatures. For upholstered products, if the fabric becomes loose from being sat on for a long time, the part may be opened, covered again and stretched. MAINTENANCE/CAREMetal and sharp objects are to be kept away from all surfaces. Wooden products should not be cleaned with a wet cloth, detergent, alcohol, thinner, acetone, or any other chemicals or household cleaners under any circumstances. Wood products are to be wiped and dried in circular motions with a white, soft, cotton cloth dampened with special furniture cleaning materials or natural soapy water without scrubbing. The stains on fabric should not be wiped off or cleaned with cleaning agents made for delicate fabrics. Liquid stains should be absorbed with a cloth before penetrating into the upholstery. For upholstered products, covers can be removed and dry-cleaned to get rid of the stains and dirt. For irremovable covers, consult with cleaners who provide on-site dry-cleaning services. Fabric or leather sofas should be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner equipped with a soft brush. Leather sofas should be wiped and dried in circular motion with a white, soft, cotton cloth dampened with natural soapy water without scrubbing, when necessary. The feather pillows on sofas should not be vacuumed by vacuum cleaners. If you see a thread hanging from any spot of the fabric, do not try to break if off, on the contrary, cut it with scissors without damaging the product. Do not place excessive load on the products or their shelves, all weight must be distributed evenly. Products should be utilized in accordance with their intended use; products equipped with a mechanism should not be forced beyond allowed limits. If such products are equipped with wheels, they should be either lifted up or disassembled first, and then moved. Generally, products should not be pushed forwards or backwards, to the left or right to be relocated. Environmental responsibility is valued by our company. Therefore, all packing waste is collected by our installation team. Where this is not possible, please have your local municipal or private service recycling service collect waste materials from all packaging One can expect consistent use of all products when used and cared for in accordance with these instructions.
WARRANTYPlease read the “Certificate of Warranty” for the warranty term and further information. Damages arising from negligence or failure to comply with instructions are not covered by the warranty. For products not covered by the warranty, you can refer to Koleksiyon stores for repair or maintenance services, service fees or costs may be applied. You must retain the Certificate of Warranty in addition to the original invoice of your product, or its copy, and present it to Koleksiyon at the time of your warranty enquiry or claim.
There is no warranty coverage for defects or conditions that result from the failure to follow product assembly instructions, information or warnings, misuse or abuse, intentional damage, fire, flood, alteration or modification of the product or use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended use, nor any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care. There is also no warranty coverage for rented products or any products purchased “used” or “as is” at a distress or going-out-of business sale, or from a liquidator.
There are no other warranties applicable to this Product which are not set forth in the Warranty Certificate. Under the laws of certain states, there may be no implied warranties from Koleksiyon and all implied warranties, including any implied warranty of Merchantability or fitness for a Particular purpose are disclaimed where allowed by law. To The extent any implied warranties are applicable, any implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to the duration of this express warranty or the minimum period allowed by law, whichever is shorter. Some state do not allow limitations on how long an implied Warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
