MEDICAL EXAMINATION
• Objectives: To ensures the medical fitness of the new entrants
• A new entrant should obtain a medical fitness certificate from a certified medical centre before signing the offer letter
• Along with medical certificate you need to submit following documents
• Copies of testimonials and photographs shall be submitted by the new entrant on the day of joining
• Appointment letter • Copy of interview evaluation sheet • Resume• Employment application form
DOCUMENTS

PROBATION PERIOD AND EMPLOYEE CONFIRMATION
– Once new employee is recruited shall be kept on probation period
– Probation evaluation form shall be sent to the departments 7 days before the date of examination
– Extension of probation period at the time of final assessment is not allowed without valid reason
– Probationers shall be confirmed subject to all round performance of the probationer being adjudged satisfactory by respective HOD
– Probation period shall be extended for 3 months at a time not more than 2 times
– In case probationer is not confirmed even after the second extension of probation period, shall be issued a written communication

• Monday to Thursday formals• Friday and Saturday casual only for back office

JOINING BONUS
• Joining bonus is only given to M4 and above designation
RECORD OF ATTENDANCE
• Employees shall produce their I card at any point of time on
demand by the authorities while in transit in the company vehicle or any place in the sites or offices
• In case any employee loses/misplaced his or her identity card shall need to inform the administration dept, and a new card shall be issued with a penalty of RS 500
• When the employee leaves (gets relieved from service of the company) shall return the card to corporate hr
WORKING DAYS ,LEAVE AND PUNCTUALITY
• The working days in corporate office is 6 days from Monday to Saturday with Saturday second half and Sunday being holidays
• Before confirmation employee cannot take any leave • Once employee is confirmed he is eligible for 30 (paid
leave),15 (sick leave) and all bank holidays for front office employee only
• Back office operation employee gets a com off for bank holiday
• Employee should sign the e-muster at a time of entry and exit
• Employee should come on time e-muster is taken into consideration while giving yearly appraisal rating
NOTICE PERIOD
• If employee is not confirmed till now and if he want to resign he can give one month notice and resign
• If employee is confirmed he/she has to give three months notice period or have to pay the settlement amount
• Without giving prior notice employee cannot leave the organization
• If done so company can file a legal case against employee
MATERNITY LEAVE
• It shall cover only married female employees who have completed 180 days of continuous services on date of availing this leave
• Maximum of 90 days leave is allowed with pay 6 week or 6 week after or any other proportions
• Maternity can be combined with PL or CO if available to her credit
EMPLOYEE TRANSPORT
• Company vehicle shall be utilized for “pick and drop” facility from central location
• Employee should adhere to the timings of the bus or cab
• Employee should take of their personal belonging while traveling from office transport
• Timing will be fixed for the bus in case any change of the bus timings employee will get a mail for the same

• The company shall provide free lunch and break fast only during induction and training period

• The safety officer shall conduct regular round to the site of identify unsafe practices and notify the same for proper compliance

• Certain employees may be provided wth access to the internet to assist them in performing their assigned tasks
• Sending mass mails or chain letters, playing games, engaging in online chat groups, printing multiple copies of documents ,or otherwise creating unnecessary network traffic etc. is not permitted
• Employees shall not have an expectation of privacy in anything they create, store, send, or receive on the computer system
• E-mails should be monitored without prior notification of the company
• If the employee leaves the company, any company-owned software in his or her possession must be returned
RETIREMENT POLICY
• Every employee will retire from the services from the company on attaining the age of superannuation 60 years, as per the date of birth recorded in the company records
• The management may at its sole discretion grant annual extension beyond the age of superannuation in case the company desires to avail the services of the retired employee
• After 6 months of retirement employee gets his or her provident fund and gratuity if applicable
GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL COMMITTEE

be maintained.• Complainants or witnesses shall not be victimized
