Who is Kpac?

Kpac Limited is a family owned and operated business which has been offering packaging solutions to New Zealand companies since the late 1980's. Originally based in Wellington, we have grown to provide representation and service throughout New Zealand.

Polypropylene Woven Packaging

Kpac's production of polypropylene woven material comes from Northern China near the petroleum (resource) rich area of Zibo county in Shandong province. We are able to produce woven bags ranging from 1kg to 1,000kg.

Printing

Simple print work is managed using Flexographic presses. Due to the roughsurface of woven material, high definition printing must first be printed onto BOPP or PET and then laminated (using extrusion coating) together with the PP woven fabric.

PP Woven Weaves

Manufacturing PP woven material firstly involves Cast extrusion of a wide sheet of PP which is cut into long trends which are then woven together to make a continuous sheet of woven material.
