**NRI (nett revenue interest): The operator pays a royalty to Lease Partners and to the landowner

for the right to extract oil and natural gas on his land (The Lease). In this project royalty is 25%.

* The operator will drill dual stacked up dip laterals of approximately 3,500 feet. The first lateral will

be in the Buda formation at a depth of approximately 9,180 feet and the second lateral will be in

the Georgetown formation at a depth of approximately 9,220.

Investments in oil and natural gas wells are asscociated with risks. However, the investor’s maximum loss cannot exceed

the invested amount.

Investor cannot sell or transfer Working Interests in this project to US-citizens.

For this project the terms in Kris Kon’s purchase and administration agreement dated July 1st 2011 apply.

Kris Kon Gary Bryant #1H is a turn-key project.

The Gary Bryant #1H well will be located in Eastern Brazos County, Texas.

The Gary Bryant prospect is offset 3,700 feet to the southwest by the Patterson Petroleum

Carroll #1H Unit. The Carroll well was completed in February 2001 it had an initial production of

761 BBL oil and 3792 MCF gas and has produced 36,172 BBL oil and 535,577 MCF gas from

laterals in the Buda and Georgetown formations. It is offset 6000 feet to the northeast by the

Patterson Petroleum Warren #1H well. The Warren well was completed in June 2002 and had an initial

potential test of 630 BBL oil and 3700 MCF gas and has produced 214,266 BBL oil and 1,385,870

MCF gas from perforations in the Buda and Georgetown formations. It is offset 4000 feet to the

northwest by the Patricia #1 Vertical well that produced 5490 BBL oil and 379 MCF gas from

perforations in the Buda formation. The Ogden resources Weido #1H well is located 5000 feet to the

west and was originally completed in October 2001 and had an initial potential of 407 BBL oil and

852 MCF gas. It produced 65,262 BBL oil and 247,624 MCF gas from a horizontal lateral in the Buda

formation. The Weido wells were permitted and drilled four times from the same wellbore with the fourth drill,

the Weido #2H being a recompletion in February 2012 and has produced 662 BBL oil and 9126 MCF gas. The

Holley Oil Company Kristen #1H well is located 6,500 feet to the northwest and was completed in May 2004. It

had an initial potential test of 168 BBL oil and 321 MCF gas and has produced 75,566 BBL oil and 152,539 MCF

gas from laterals in the Buda and Georgetown formations. The Patterson Petroleum Mosley #1 well is located

10,000 feet to the west and was completed in September 2000 and had an initial potential of 1550 BBL oil

and 3450 MCF gas and has produced 182,054 BBL oil and 721,666 MCF gas.

The Gary Bryant #1H prospect is in an area where many successful horizontal wells have been drilled. Electric

logs of other offset wells around the prospect show similar formation characteristics to the other Buda and

Georgetown wells in the area and the placement of the Gary Bryant#1H well should

give it the potential to make a strong horizontal well.

The Estimated Ultimate Recovery for the Gary Bryant #1-H Prospect is 220,000 bbls of

equivalent oil.

The Gary Bryant #1H well is expected to spud September 2012.
