Goals and Vision: My goal is to inspire youth to express their innovative spirit and realize their potential. Job Profile: Supporting the Society’s mission, vision and goals through oversight and operational management of all organizational elements, including, but not limited to: finance, human resources, administration, fund development, marketing, public affairs, branch oversight and engagement, animal cruelty investigations and animal care.

Applied Skills & Key Accomplishments: Serving as a change agent, it was my goal to successfully achieve all strategic imperatives for an organization requiring restoration and renewal. Under my management, the park delivered over 100,000 in unduplicated attendance yearly through a unique and comprehensive cultural program serving 18 different language groups. Daniel & Associates 2013 Associate

Job Profile: In 2013, Daniel & Associates was engaged to prepare an analytical report for the Ontario SPCA. The report examined all aspects of regulatory enforcement and cruelty investigations. As a result of the findings and recommendations, a long term commitment of significant funding (5.5 million annually) from the provincial government was achieved for the agency to increase its scope and responsiveness.
