Sadhana: starts each morning at 4 am with group reading of JapJi Sahib. Sunday starts at 5 am. Yoga for approximately 45 minutes, chanting the Aquarian mantra for one hour, followed by brief Ardas and Hukam.

Thursday morning to Sunday morning: Siri Akand Path A continuous reading of the Siri Guru Granth Sahib. Individuals sign up for 1 hour

time slots (two persons may also share a slot each reading for 30 minutes). It may be read in English or its original Gurmukhi script. This is a collection of wise words from the Sikh masters and other enlightened beings. The unbroken reading creates a sound

Friday: Akhand Path continues all day & night 7 pm: First Friday Gurdwara. Rehiras Sahib, the evening prayer, and Gurbani Kirtan begin (sacred music). After Sikh Service, approximately 9:30 pm, Langar dinner is shared. Opportunites for seva (selfless service) to help prepare the food are most welcome. Langar Seva begins at 6 pm.

Saturday: Door of the Guru: a Sweet Gift with Siri Sevak Kaur. 9:30-5 pm with lunch included. We will learn how to say the Ardas, the prayer of the heart read before taking a reading from the Siri Guru Granth Sahib. We will assist with Langar lunch preparation, we will learn how to care for the Guru, and what to do if we choose to create a space for the Guru in our homes. We will learn how to pronounce and sing Gurbani Kirtan, devotional singing. (see separate flyer for more details on this program) Sunday: Sadhana starts at 5 am. 7:30-9 am the Bhog of the Akand Path which includes: the Sloks of the 9th Guru, Five Pauris of JapJi Sahib, and the Arti. Beautiful musical conclusion of the Akand Path and Gurdwara. 9:15 am: make Prasad or prepare the Guruwara for the 11 am service 10:15 am: help with the Prakash (“waking up”) the Gurmukhi Bir (the large one volume Siri Guru Granth Sahib in Gurmukhi text) & learn how to find the Hukam in English

11 am-12:30 Gurdwara followed by Langar 2-5 pm Notorious Devotees: Ajamal, Ganika, Gaj, and the Universal Message of the Siri Guru Granth Sahib. A beautiful, fun workshop with Tej Mohan Singh in which we will experience Kundalini Yoga and stories from India that inform how we can live happy, healthy, and holy lives today. (see separate flyer for this program)
