Our offerings

• We are very excited to offer many different types of martial arts and Kung Fu training plans

• We have courses from beginners to advanced students, who have previous training

• Each course is a different time length and has students of different ages

Training requirements

• We do require that all students are healthy mentally and physically

• Each student will be trained which will require strong physical and mental will power

• Keep in mind if this were an easy task everyone would do it

• Dedication and will power will help you grow stronger both mentally and physically throughout your training

• Each student should bring a positive attitude to our training

• Our skilled masters will train you based on your different Kung Fu

level and physical condition

Starting training

• Beginners will be introduced to learning Shaolin which includes the following:– Traditional Chi Kung − Two short Shaolin

forms– One weapon routine − carrying out combat– An additional Tai Chi Chaun lesson

The next step

• After students receive the beginning of their training they can begin to perform intermediate or advanced Kung Fu

• Students can also ask about learning Wingchun, BaJi, Xingyi, Bagua, or other basic routines

Make a jump

• Students that have previous martial arts training can be quicker to learn and advance in the training

• If that is the case you can get higher martial arts training and move on to mastering more skills

• We welcome advanced students who are looking to further advance their skills

• Many martial arts in China are developed for middle age to seniors to fully grasp

• Don’t let your age hold you back from training and learning new skills

• If your child wants to come to learn, we usually suggest that the parents join them in the training

• Our different courses require different time to fully learn everything

• Our training courses can run from one month all the way to a full five years

• For students that want to be a master the five year courses are best
