I recently had some business cards produced from your business and was treated with very good customer service. People were nice to deal with and efficient. The problem that I had was from my end whereby I requested some business cards to be printed and I made an error and provided you with the wrong logo which went to print and I then had to pay for the batch of cards from my own credit card as it was my fault. I then arranged for another set to be printed with the correct logo however I did not check the template version properly and approved the request ready to print. However the word “Credit” was not included on the card rendering it wrong again. I paid for the cards again as I took the error as my fault because I authorised your template to go to print. I didn’t see the word credit was not included (stupid me). The cards are sitting in my top drawer and useless to me as they do not have the right logo on them so I cant hand them out. I paid for both versions but cant use them. I am not happy that I stuffed up as the cards were for me to hand out at a specific function (Australian Superbikes Championship at Philip Island) so I had to keep a low profile as I had not details to hand out. The process was good, however the outcome was bad. Not your fault though. In summary I paid for two sets of cards that I cant use. One box I just left with you, I would recommend your business to my colleagues for future business, however I probably wont due to me incurring cost without any result and I am now managing to get by without any business cards.
