Instruction Manual
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Go to www.kymcousa.com and select “Dealer Login” in the lower right hand corner of the page. Note: You must use either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. This program will not work with Internet Explorer.
Dealer Login
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Enter User Name and Password. Select “Login”.
On the next page, select “Warranty”.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Select “Claim Entry”.
Enter VIN and select “Next”. Note: VIN must be in ALL CAPS!
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
If the unit has not been warranty registered, you will see this screen next. If the unit has been sold, it will need to be warranty registered before you can proceed with the claim. If the unit is unsold, click on the dropdown bar un-der “Vehicle Status” and select “Stock of Dealer”. Select “Next” and you will be taken to the next screen.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
On this screen you will need to enter the Mileage and Reference Number. The Reference number is for your Repair Order or Work Order number. It is there so you can reference the claim to your RO/WO.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
On this screen you will also need to select the Claim Type. There are three types of claims: General, Special, and Tech Bulletin/Recall. General will cover most claims. Special includes Goodwill, Freight Damage, and other types of claims. Tech Bulletin/Recall covers Tech Bulletins and Recalls. Once you have entered the Mileage, Ref. Number, and selected the proper Claim Type, select “Next”.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Under Main Problem Part, click on the magnifying glass.
From the dropdown box, select the main problem part. The system automatically defaults to quantity of one. You may need to change this. Click on the magnifying glass under Failure Code, and select the code that best describes the failure.

Under Affected Parts, click on the magnifying glass.
From the dropdown box, select the Affected Part. Repeat this step for all subsequent Affected Parts. NOTE: The eClaims warranty system will automatically calculate la-bor times.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Click on the Miscellaneous dropdown bar. This where you will add any Miscellaneous charges, such as freight, diagnostic time, etc. For example, select Freight, add freight cost, quantity of one, add a brief description, and select Add to List.

On this screen, enter a description of the Symptom & Problem, and a description of the Solution. Select “Draft Save and Next”.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
On this screen, you will need to scan and attach copies of your Repair Order and/or pictures of damaged parts in order to support the claim. When this is done, select “Submit”.

Claim Status
There are five different Claim Statuses: 1. Claim Draft-The claim has been started but not submitted. 2. In Processing-The claim has been submitted and is awaiting action from KYMCO USA. 3. Approved-The claim has been approved by KYMCO USA and a credit will be applied to your parts account. 4. Rejected-The claim has been rejected. 5: Request Clarification-Further information is needed in order to process the claim.

Reviewing a Claim
Once the Claim Status changes from In Processing to Approved, Rejected, or Request Clarification, you will want to review the claim to see the claim amount, reason for rejection, or what further action is required. Open the claim by clicking on the magnifying glass.

If the Claim Status is Rejected or Request Clarification, select the “Comment” tab. Here you will be able to see the reason for rejection or what further action is required. Below the Comment tab is the break up of the claim payment.

Vehicle Registration
On the left of page, click on “Warranty Registrations”
Enter the VIN and select next. NOTE: VIN must be in All Caps.
