COUNT 1: AGGRAVATED ASSAULT, O.C.G.A. 16-5-21 in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, charge and accuse JASHAVIOUS KEEL AND LAJUAN SLOMAN, with the offense of AGGRAVATED ASSAULT, for that the said JASHAVIOUS KEEL AND LAJUAN SLOMAN, in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, on or about the 13th day of June, 2012, did make an assault upon the person of Octavia Langston with a deadly weapon. to wit: a gun by shooting her, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 2: VIOLATION OF STREET GANG TERRORISM AND PREVENTION ACT, O.C.G.A. 16-15-4 And the jurors aforesaid. in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse JASHAVIOUS KEEL AND LAJUAN SLOMAN, with the offense of VIOLATION OF STREET GANG TERRORISM AND PREVENTION ACT, for that the said JASHAVIOUS KEEL AND LAJUAN SLOMAN, in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, on or about the 13th day of June, 2012, while associated with a criminal street gang, to wit: Hell Hole, did participate in criminal gang activity through the commission of an offense enumerated in Code Section 16-15-3, to wit: aggravated assault, a crime of violence, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 3: POSSESSION OF FIREARM DURING COMMISSION OF A FELONY, O.C.G.A. 16-11-106 And the jurors aforesaid, in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse JASHAVIOUS KEEL AND LAJUAN SLOMAN, with the offense of POSSESSION OF FIREARM DURING COMMISSION OF A FELONY, for that the said JASHAVIOUS KEEL AND LAJUAN SLOMAN, in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, on or about the 13th day of June, 2012, did unlawfully have on his person a firearm, during the commission of the crime of aggravated assault, a crime against the person of Octavia Langston, and which crime is a felony, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 4: VIOLATION OF STREET GANG TERRORISM AND PREVENTION ACT, O.C.G.A. 16-15-4 And the jurors aforesaid, in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse JASHAVIOUS KEEL AND LAJUAN SLOMAN, with the offense of VIOLATION OF STREET GANG TERRORISM AND PREVENTION ACT, for that the said JASHAVIOUS KEEL AND LAJUAN SLOMAN, in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, on or about the 13th day of June, 2012, while associated with a criminal street gang, to wit: Hell Hole, did participate in criminal gang activity through the commission of an offense enumerated in Code Section 16-15-3, to wit: possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, to wit: aggravated assault against the person of Octavia Langston, an offense that involves possession of a weapon" contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 5: AGGRAVATED ASSAULT, O.C.G.A. 16-5-21 And the jurors aforesaid, in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse TERENCE SHEFFIELD AND JASHAVIOUS KEEL, with the offense of AGGRAVATED ASSAULT, for that the said TERENCE SHEFFIELD AND JASHAVIOUS KEEL, in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, on or about the 31 st day of August, 2012, did make an assault upon the person of Raymond Brigham with a deadly weapon, to wit: a gun, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 6: AGGRAVATED ASSAULT. O.C.G.A. 16-5-21 And the jurors aforesaid, in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse TERENCE SHEFFIELD AND JASHAVIOUS KEEL, with the offense of AGGRAVATED ASSAULT, for that the said TERENCE SHEFFIELD AND JASHAVIOUS KEEL, in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, on or about the 31st day of August, 2012, did make an assault upon the person of Andrea Lonon with a deadly weapon, to wit: a gun, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 7: VIOLATION OF STREET GANG TERRORISM AND PREVENTION ACT, O.C.G.A. 16-15-4 And the jurors aforesaid, in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse TERENCE SHEFFIELD AND JASHAVIOUS KEEL, with the offense of VIOLATION OF STREET GANG TERRORISM AND PREVENTION ACT, for that the said TERENCE SHEFFIELD AND JASHAVIOUS KEEL, in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, on or about the 31 st day of August, 2012, while associated with a criminal street gang, to wit: Hell Hole, did participate in criminal gang activity through the commission of an offense enumerated in Code Section 16-15-3, to wit: aggravated assault, a crime of violence, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 9: VIOLATION OF STREET GANG TERRORISM AND PREVENTION ACT, O.C.G.A. 16-15-4 And the jurors aforesaid, in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse TERENCE SHEFFIELD AND JASHAVIOUS KEEL with the offense of VIOLATION OF STREET GANG TERRORISM AND PREVENTION ACT, for that the said TERENCE SHEFFIELD AND JASHAVIOUS KEEL, in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, on or about the 31 st day of August, 2012, while associated with a criminal street gang, to wit: Hell Hole, did participate in criminal gang activity through the commission of an offense enumerated in Code Section 16-15-3, to wit: possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, to wit: aggravated assault against the person of Raymond Brigham, an offense that involves possession of a weapon, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 10: POSSESSION OF FIREARM DURING COMMISSION OF A FELONY, O.C.G.A. 16-11-106 And the jurors aforesaid, in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse TERENCE SHEFFIELD AND JASHAVIOUS KEEL, with the offense of POSSESSION OF FIREARM DURING COMMISSION OF A FELONY, for that the said TERENCE SHEFFIELD AND JASHAVIOUS KEEL, in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, on or about the 31st day of August, 2012, did unlawfully have on his person a firearm, during the commission of the crime of aggravated assault, a crime against the person of Andrea Lonon, and which crime is a felony, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 11: VIOLATION 0 F STREET GANG TERRORISM AN D PREVENTION ACT, O.C.G.A. 16-1S-4 And the jurors aforesaid, in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse TERENCE SHEFFIELD AND JASHAVIOUS KEEL, with the offense of VIOLATION OF STREET GANG TERRORISM AND PREVENTION ACT, for that the said TERENCE SHEFFIELD AND JASHAVIOUS KEEL, in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, on or about the 31st day of August, 2012, while associated with a criminal street gang, to wit: Hell Hole, did participate in criminal gang activity through the commission of an offense enumerated in Code Section 16-1S-3, to wit: possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, to wit: aggravated assault against the person of Andrea Lonon, an offense that involves possession of a weapon, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 12: FELONY MURDER, O.C.G.A. 16-S-1(c) And the jurors aforesaid, in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse TERENCE SHEFFIELD, T ASHARD KELLY ORR, JORDAN MIKE, JASHAVIOUS KEEL, KAVON SMALLS, DARIUS BRYANT AND ALJANDO WILLIAMS, with the offense of FELONY MURDER, for that the said TERENCE SHEFFIELD, TASHARD KELLY ORR, JORDAN MIKE, JASHAVIOUS KEEL, KAVON SMALLS, DARIUS BRYANT AND ALJANDO WILLIAMS, in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, on or about the 2nd day of September, 2012, while in the commission of the offense of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a felony, did cause the death of Tiyates Franklin, a human being, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 13: FELONY MURDER, O.C.G.A. 16-S-1(c) And the jurors aforesaid, in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse TERENCE SHEFFIELD, TASHARD KELLY ORR, JORDAN MIKE, JASHAVIOUS KEEL, KAVON SMALLS, DARIUS BRYANT AND ALJANDO WILLIAMS, with the offense of FELONY MURDER, for that the said TERENCE SHEFFIELD, TASHARD KELLY ORR, JORDAN MIKE, JASHAVIOUS KEEL, KAVON SMALLS, DARIUS BRYANT AND ALJANDO WILLIAMS, in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, on or about the 2nd day of September, 2012, while in the commission of the offense of aggravated assault with hands and feet, a felony, did cause the death of Tiyates Franklin, a human being, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 14: FELONY MURDER, O.C.G.A. 16-5-1{c) And the jurors aforesaid, in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse TERENCE SHEFFIELD, TASHARD KELLY ORR, JORDAN MIKE, JASHAVIOUS KEEL, KAVON SMALLS, DARIUS BRYANT AND ALJANDO WILLIAMS, with the offense of FELONY MURDER, for that the said TERENCE SHEFFIELD, TASHARD KELLY ORR, JORDAN MIKE, JASHAVIOUS KEEL, KAVON SMALLS, DARIUS BRYANT AND ALJANDO WILLIAMS, in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, on or about the 2nd day of September, 2012, while in the commission of the offense of violation of the Georgia Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act, a felony, did cause the death of Tiyates Franklin, a human being, by taunting, threatening, and surrounding Lanard Mike" while engaging in criminal street gang activity contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 15: VIOLATION OF STREET GANG TERRORISM AND PREVENTION ACT, O.C.G.A. 16-15-4 And the jurors aforesaid, in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse TERENCE SHEFFIELD, TASHARD KELLY ORR, JORDAN MIKE, JASHAVIOUS KEEL, KAVON SMALLS, DARIUS BRYANT AND ALJANDO WILLIAMS, with the offense of VIOLATION OF STREET GANG TERRORISM AND PREVENTION ACT, for that the said TERENCE SHEFFIELD, TASHARD KELLY ORR, JORDAN MIKE, JASHAVIOUS KEEL, KAVON SMALLS, DARIUS BRYANT AND ALJANDO WILLIAMS, in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, on or about the 2nd day of September, 2012, while associated with a criminal street gang, to wit: Hell Hole, did participate in criminal gang activity through the commission of an offense enumerated in Code Section 16-15-3, to wit: felony murder, a crime of violence, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 16: AGGRAVATED ASSAULT, O.C.G.A. 16-5-21 And the jurors aforesaid, in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse TERENCE SHEFFIELD, TASHARD KELLY ORR, JORDAN MIKE, JASHAVIOUS KEEL, KAVON SMALLS, DARIUS BRYANT AND ALJANDO WILLIAMS, with the offense of AGGRAVATED ASSAULT, for that the said TERENCE SHEFFIELD, TASHARD KELLY ORR, JORDAN MIKE, JASHAVIOUS KEEL, KAVON SMALLS, DARIUS BRYANT AND ALJANDO WILLIAMS, in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, on or about the 2nd day of September, 2012, did make an assault upon the person of Lanard Mikell with a deadly weapon, to wit: a gun, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 17: AGGRAVATED ASSAULT, O.C.G.A. 16-5-21 And the jurors aforesaid, in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse TERENCE SHEFFIELD, TASHARD KELLY ORR, JORDAN MIKE, JASHAVIOUS KEEL, KAVON SMALLS, DARIUS BRYANT AND ALJANDO WILLIAMS, with the offense of AGGRAVATED ASSAULT, for that the said TERENCE SHEFFIELD, TASHARD KELLY ORR, JORDAN MIKE, JASHAVIOUS KEEL, KAVON SMALLS, DARIUS BRYANT AND ALJANDO WILLIAMS, in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, on or about the 2nd day of September, 2012, did make an assault upon the person of Lanard Mikell with hands and feet, objects which when used offensively against a person are likely to result in serious bodily injury, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 18: VIOLATION OF STREET GANG TERRORISM AND PREVENTION ACT, O.C.G.A. 16-15-4 And the jurors aforesaid, in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse TERENCE SHEFFIELD, TASHARD KELLY ORR, JORDAN MIKE, JASHAVIOUS KEEL, KAVON SMALLS, DARIUS BRYANT AND ALJANDO WILLIAMS, with the offense of VIOLATION OF STREET GANG TERRORISM AND PREVENTION ACT, for that the said TERENCE SHEFFIELD, TASHARD KELLY ORR, JORDAN MIKE, JASHAVIOUS KEEL, KAVON SMALLS, DARIUS BRYANT AND ALJANDO WILLIAMS in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, on or about the 2nd day of September, 2012, while associated with a criminal street gang, to wit: Hell Hole, did participate in criminal gang activity through the commission of an offense enumerated in Code Section 16-15-3, to wit: aggravated assault, a crime of violence, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 19: MAKING A FALSE STATEMENT, O.C.G.A. 16-10-20 And the jurors aforesaid, in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse TERENCE SHEFFIELD, with the offense of MAKING A FALSE STATEMENT, for that the said TERENCE SHEFFIELD, in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, on or about the 2nd day of September, 2012, knowingly and willfully make a false statement to Jeffrey Mikloucich in the homicide investigation pertaining to the death of Tiyates Franklin, a matter within the jurisdiction of Savannah Chatham Metropolitan Police Department, a department of Savannah and county of Chatham, a city and county of the State of Georgia, to wit: stated he was not with the victim when he was shot and did not know the victim very well or any other persons the victim was with on River Street, knowing the same to contain false statements, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 20: VIOLATION OF STREET GANG TERRORISM AND PREVENTION ACT, O.C.G.A. 16-15-4 And the jurors aforesaid, in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse TERENCE SHEFFIELD, with the offense of VIOLATION OF STREET GANG TERRORISM AND PREVENTION ACT, for that the said TERENCE SHEFFIELD, in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, on or about the 2nd day of September, 2012, while associated with a criminal street gang, to wit: Hell Hole, did participate in criminal gang activity through the commission of an offense enumerated in Code Section 16-15-3, to wit: making a false statement, an offense defined as racketeering activity, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 21: CARRYING A CONCEALED WEAPON, O.C.G.A. 16-11-126 And the jurors aforesaid, in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse TASHARD KELLY ORR, JORDAN MIKE, JASHAVIOUS KEEL, KEVIN ANDRE JOHNSON AND KA VON SMALLS, with the offense of CARRYING A CONCEALED WEAPON, for that the said JORDAN MIKE, JASHAVIOUS KEEL, KEVIN ANDRE JOHNSON AND KAVON SMALLS, in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, on or about the 22nd day of October, 2012, did knowingly have and carry about his person, outside of his home and outside of his place of business, not in an open manner and not fully exposed to view, a firearm, to wit: a Ruger handgun, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 22: VIOLATION OF STREET GANG TERRORISM AND PREVENTION ACT, O.C.G.A. 16-15-4 And the jurors aforesaid, in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse TASHARD KELLY ORR, JORDAN MIKE, JASHAVIOUS KEEL. KEVIN ANDRE JOHNSON AND KAVON SMALLS. with the offense of VIOLATION OF STREET GANG TERRORISM AND PREVENTION ACT, for that the said TASHARD KELLY ORR, JORDAN MIKE. JASHAVIOUS KEEL, KEVIN ANDRE JOHNSON AND KA VON SMALLS, in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia. on or about the 22nd day of October. being associated with Hell Hole, a criminal street gang, did unlawfully participate in criminal gang activity through the commission of the offense of Carrying a Concealed Weapon, a crime involving the possession of a weapon, by carrying a Ruger handgun concealed under the seat of a vehicle, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 23: POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA, LESS THAN AN OUNCE, O.C.G.A. 16-13-30(j)( 1 ) And the jurors aforesaid, in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse TASHARD KELLY ORR, JORDAN MIKE, JASHAVIOUS KEEL, KEVIN ANDRE JOHNSON AND KAVON SMALLS. with the offense of POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA, LESS THAN AN OUNCE, for that the said TASHARD KELLY ORR, JORDAN MIKE, JASHAVIOUS KEEL, KEVIN ANDRE JOHNSON AND KA VON SMALLS. in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, on or about the 22nd day of October, did unlawfully have under his control, less than an ounce of marijuana. in violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 24: GIVING FALSE INFORMATION TO A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER, O.C.G.A. 16-10-25 And the jurors aforesaid, in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse JORDAN MIKE, with the offense of GIVING FALSE INFORMATION TO A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER, for that the said JORDAN MIKE, in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, on or about the 22nd day of October, 2012, did give a false name, to wit: Jordan Jamavria, to Brandy Madrigal, a law enforcement officer in the lawful discharge of her official duties with the intent to mislead the officer as to the accused's identity" contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 25: AGGRAVATED ASSAULT, O.C.G.A. 16-5-21 And the jurors aforesaid, in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse TASHARD KELLY ORR AND LAJUAN SLOMAN, with the offense of AGGRAVATED ASSAULT, for that the said TASHARD KELLY ORR AND LAJUAN SLOMAN, in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, on or about the 3rd day of November, 2012, did make an assault upon the person of Keanna Heyward with a deadly weapon, a gun by shooting her, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 26: VIOLATION OF STREET GANG TERRORISM AND PREVENTION ACT, O.C.G.A. 16-15-4 And the jurors aforesaid, in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse TASHARD KELLY ORR AND LAJUAN SLOMAN, with the offense of VIOLATION OF STREET GANG TERRORISM AND PREVENTION ACT, for that the said TASHARD KELLY ORR AND LAJUAN SLOMAN, in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, on or about the 3rd day of November, 2012, while associated with a criminal street gang, to wit: Hell Hole, did participate in criminal gang activity through the commission of an offense enumerated in Code Section 16-15-3, to wit: aggravated assault against Keanna Heyward, a crime of violence, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 75: AGGRAVATED SODOMY, O.C.G.A. 16-6-2(a)(2} And the jurors aforesaid, in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse KEVIN ANDRE JOHNSON, with the offense of AGGRAVATED SODOMY, for that the said KEVIN ANDRE JOHNSON, in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, on or about the 12th day of November, 2012, did unlawfully perform a sexual act involving the sex organs of the accused and the mouth of to wit: oral sex, said act being done with force and against the will of contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 76: ARMED ROBBERY, O.C.G.A. 16-8-41 And the jurors aforesaid, in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse KEVIN ANDRE JOHNSON, with the offense of ARMED ROBBERY, for that the said KEVIN ANDRE JOHNSON, in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, on or about the 12th day of November, 2012, with the intent to commit a theft, did unlawfully take United States currency, property of from the person of by the use of a handgun, an offensive weapon, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 89: TRAFFICKING IN MARIJUANA, O.C.G.A. 16-13-31(c) And the jurors aforesaid, in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse TASHARD KELLY ORR, with the offense of TRAFFICKING IN MARIJUANA, for that the said TASHARD KELLY ORR, in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, on or about the 18th day of December, 2012, did knowingly possess more than 10 pounds of marijuana, in violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 90: VIOLATION OF STREET GANG TERRORISM AND PREVENTION ACT, O.C.G.A. 16-15-4 And the jurors aforesaid, in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse TASHARD KELLY ORR, with the offense of VIOLATION OF STREET GANG TERRORISM AND PREVENTION ACT, for that the said TASHARD KELLY ORR, in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, on or about the 18th day of December, 2012, while being associated with Hell Hole, a criminal street gang, did unlawfully participate in criminal gang activity through the commission of the offense of Trafficking in Marijuana, O.C.G.A. § 16-13-31(c), by possessing more than 10 pounds of marijuana, in violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 92: CRIMINAL ATTEMPT TO COMMIT HIJACKING A MOTOR VEHICLE, O.C.G.A. 16-4-1 And the jurors aforesaid, in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse TASHARD KELLY ORR, with the offense of CRIMINAL ATTEMPT TO COMMIT HIJACKING A MOTOR VEHICLE, for that the said TASHARD KELLY ORR, in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, on or about the 29th day of July, 2013, did knowingly and intentionally attempt to commit the crime of Hijacking a Motor Vehicle, in violation of Code section 16-5-44.1 of the Official Code of Georgia, in that the said accused did did attempt to open the door of a vehicle occupied by Marquella Gathers while holding a firearm, an act which constitutes a substantial step toward the commission of said crime, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 93: VIOLATION OF STREET GANG TERRORISM AND PREVENTION ACT, 0.C.G.A.16-15-4 And the jurors aforesaid, in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse T AS HARD KELLY ORR, with the offense of VIOLATION OF STREET GANG TERRORISM AND PREVENTION ACT, for that the said TASHARD KELLY ORR. in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, on or about the 29th day of July. 2013, being associated with Hell Hole. a criminal street gang. did unlawfully partiCipate in criminal gang activity through the commission of the offense of Criminal Attempt Hijacking a Motor Vehicle, a crime involving the possession of a firearm, by attempting to open the door of a vehicle occupied by Marquella Gathers while holding a firearm, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 94: CRIMINAL ATTEMPT TO COMMIT ARMED ROBBERY, O.C.G.A. 16-4-1 And the jurors aforesaid, in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse TASHARD KELLY ORR, with the offense of CRIMINAL ATTEMPT TO COMMIT ARMED ROBBERY. for that the said T ASHARD KELLY ORR, in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, on or about the 29th day of July, 2013, did knowingly and intentionally attempt to commit the crime of Armed Robbery, in violation of Code section 16-8-41 of the Official Code of Georgia, in that the said accused did attempt to open the door of a vehicle occupied by Marquella Gathers while holding a firearm, an act which constitutes a substantial step toward the commission of said crime, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order. peace and dignity thereof

COUNT 95: VIOLATION OF STREET GANG TERRORISM AND PREVENTION ACT, O.C.G.A. 16-15-4 And the jurors aforesaid, in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse TASHARD KELLY ORR, with the offense of VIOLATION OF STREET GANG TERRORISM AND PREVENTION ACT, for that the said TASHARD KELLY ORR, in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia. on or about the 29th day of July, 2013, being associated with Hell Hole, a criminal street gang, did unlawfully participate in criminal gang activity through the commission of the offense of Criminal Attempt Armed Robbery, a crime involving the possession of a firearm, a crime involving the possession of a firearm, by attempting to open the door of a vehicle occupied by Marquella Gathers while holding a firearm, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 96: POSSESSION OF FIREARM DURING COMMISSION OF A FELONY, O.C.G.A. 16-11-106 And the jurors aforesaid, in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse TASHARD KELLY ORR, with the offense of POSSESSION OF FIREARM DURING COMMISSION OF A FELONY, for that the said TASHARD KELLY ORR, in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, on or about the 29th day of July, 2013, did unlawfully have on his person a handgun, a further description being unknown to the members of the Grand Jury at this time, a firearm, during the attempt to commit the crime of Hijacking a Motor Vehicle, a felony, a crime involving the person of Marquella Gathers, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

COUNT 97: VIOLATION OF STREET GANG TERRORISM AND PREVENTION ACT, O.C.G.A. 16-15-4 And the jurors aforesaid, in the name of and on behalf of the citizens of the State of Georgia, further charge and accuse TASHARD KELLY ORR, with the offense of VIOLATION OF STREET GANG TERRORISM AND PREVENTION ACT, for that the said TASHARD KELLY ORR, in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia, on or about the 29th day of July, 2013, being associated with Hell Hole, a criminal street gang, did unlawfully participate in criminal gang activity through the commission of the offense of Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony by having on his person a handgun, a further description being unknown to the members of the Grand Jury at this time, a firearm, during the attempt to commit the crime of Hijacking a Motor Vehicle, a felony, a crime involving the person of Marquella Gathers, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.
