Wine TastingActivate all your senses for a high level wine tasting. We will follow all the steps for an enjoyable and instructive wine tasting. We will learn the tools and vocabulary necessary for any taster. We will answer all those concerns that we all have when tasting wine. We will define appearance, intensity and colour. Primary and secondary aromas will be outlined. Palate, astringency and retronasal aromas will be explained. We will start with the appearance, including the nose and we will finish with the palate. We will taste different types of wines in order to have a first approach to the art of wine tasting.

Guided Night TourWith the light of a candle and the moon as a companion, guided night tours offer the opportunity to learn about this winery from another point of view. Under the lanterns the vine gets strength. yet the enlightened cellar emerges in the background. At the horizon some lights spark at the Bay of Roses. Over our heads reign a host of stars and constellations. Even the milky Way seems closer. In an intimate and relaxed atmosphere we will taste wines from the cellar. Breakfast Among VineyardsStart the day with a country breakfast. Feel welcomed in a nearby atmosphere. Joseph and marta will make you feel at home. Time will stop in front of an imposing landscape of vineyards and olive trees. Enjoy a breakfast of sausages and traditional pies made by Josep’s parents. And a selection of cheeses with the home made quince of marta’s mother. The meal will be completed with la Vinyeta wines and olive oil. Then we will get immersed in the history of the winery with the guided tour. We will enjoy the experience of looking at how our wine is made and will finish with a tasting of the cellar’s ‘creatures’.
