Click “>” next to Human Resources

Choose “Recruitment”

Exercise 1Summer Internships Recruitment

• Tesla is an automobile company. It is going to recruit Student Summer Internship

• Click “Job Positions”, “Create”

Exercise 1.1Create a New Job Position• Job Name

• Student Summer Internships

• Department• Click “Create and Edit”

• Department Name: Marketing Department

• Click “Save”

Exercise 1.2Create an Interview Form• Click “Create and Edit”

Exercise 2Switch your role• All of you have created a job advertisement

• Show your job advertisement to your partner and mark down the advertisement’s email address (the “Specific Email Address”)

• Use your own email to send an email to the advertisement email address to apply for the position.

Exercise 2Respond to the advertisement• After email is sent, go to “Job Positions”, “Application(s)” to see the

applications
