Quick MassageThis activity is performed by experienced and trained professionals, the sessions last between 10 and 15 minutes and your guests will be prepared to return for the activities.The quick massage works with the following regions: neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands.

Tai Chi ChuanThe practice of Tai Chi is a relaxing activity that offers moments of concentration and meditation, and may also be held on the beach in front of the hotel.

YogaYoga is an excellent choice for relaxation and is it possible to practice indoors or outdoors.

It’s common that we don’t realize the way that each day passes. When we look to the watch and see that we don’t have enough time to plan or do the things we have in mind. Then two situations arise, or that we have to work until late or even interrupt our work, whereupon the feeling of guilt for leaving the unfinished for the next day.Through a practical session the facilitator Climaco Nardi will share techniques and practices that can be easily introduced into the daily routine of guests and clients.

A delicious blend of rhythms like samba, bolero, forró, twist, salsa, 50’s & 60’s rock or even Zumba.Our teacher encourages the participation of all the group, adjusting the intensity of rhythms for all.

Fight stress, anxiety and adjust the capacity fast decisions are some of the benefits offered by this activity.

Surf lessons The Surf Experience provides unforgettable moments for the participants. The contact with the sea and the idea to balance on the board and slide on

the wave makes the learning a great pleasure. Everyone will be accompanied by experienced teachers with equipaments

made especially for beginners, an activity carried out in complete safety.

The beach soccer can only be practiced during week days, Monday to Friday, early in the morning between 7AM and 9AM, or in the afternoon from 5PM to 7PM.

Clowns

Fuxico and Farropa are two contemporary circus clowns performed by actors. The act is part of the street circus show "Brasileirinho" directed by Mark Pavanelli and Simone Pavanelli. The presentation does not tell a story, it acts the story! In a relaxed and playful way the artists lead the audience to the circus universe with traditional skits and improvisation.

Acrobatics - Dance - Juggling

The group Les Dumbs studies the circus art with a contemporary vision. Its creators seek to integrate circus techniques, acrobatics pair-de-deus (Adagio), theater and dance as the basis for his artistic research and aesthetics. The artists coordinate circus workshops of Theatre Village and conducts various activities and presentations in the region.The Teamwork will be represented in a beautiful spectacle!

Belly dance

This famous dance, originally practiced in various regions of the Middle East and South Asia, is aimed in preparing women through religious rites so goddesses can become mothers.The movements are combined with music and winding like a snake providing the spectators a range of sensations.

Ballroom dance classesThere are several types of dances performed by a couple socially practiced as a form of entertainment and integration. Also taking some of its aspects developed in Brazil, for example, the forró (Northeast), gafieira, maxixe and others.

Brazilian Traditional Samba schoolFounded in 1972 and quickly achieved the status of a great samba school, participating in the special group in the Guarujá's Carnival Parade, then invited to participate in the Santos Carnival, becoming the most professional and organized in São Paulo's North Coast.During the presentation the school members interact with guests, the “bateria” presents the instruments, the dancers teach some samba steps, all in a beautiful spectacle that involves everyone, showing the beauty of Samba and Carnival to your guests.

Hula-Hula presentationThe Hawaiian dance, known as hula-hula, is a tradition passed through generations.It is the interpretation of a poetic text, becoming the knowledge of singing, known as mele, it is generates the basis for a rich repertoire of movements, full of meanings and variations.Every movement alludes to a natural element, from a mountain to the ocean waves, from feelings like love and emotions as human anger. This is the dance for the Hawaiian people, a reflection of life.

Interactive Capoeira CircleCapoeira is a brazilian cultural expression that mixes martial art, sport, popular culture and music. This characteristic distinguishes capoeira from most of the other martial arts.Practitioners of this art not only learn to fight and play, but also to play the typical instruments and songs. The songs are the capoeira’s souls, that directly influences the game, gets into the audience and feeds the player.The Capoeira is a versatile activity, it can be performed both in internal and external environments and brings the possibility of public interaction.
