Things You Will Need: • Cotton yarn, sport weight• F crochet hook• Scissors• Measuring tape• 6 pony beads, 6 x 9mm• Craft glue

Heart (Make 2) Magic ring. Rnd 1: Ch 2 (counts as first dc) 2 dc ch 2, * 3 dc, ch 2*. Repeat from * to * twice more. Sl st to first dc. (four 3-dc clusters) Rnd 2: *9 dc in center dc of first 3-dc cluster, sl st in next ch-2 sp.* Repeat from * to * once more. Sc in next 3 dc, 3 sc in next ch-2 sp (heart point), sc in next 3 dc. Sl st to first dc. Finish off and weave in ends.

Toe Loop Attach the yarn to the point of one heart. Ch 20. Sc in first ch to form the toe loop. *Ch 3, sk next st, sl st in next st.* Repeat from * to * around. End with sl st to base of ch 20. Knot and fasten off. Weave in the ends. Repeat on remaining heart.

Ties Attach yarn to the top of the center dc in one 9-dc cluster. Ch a 24" length. Fasten off. Repeat on the other 9-dc cluster for the remaining tie.

Finishing (Each sandal) • Thread the toe loop through a pony bead. Apply a dot of craft glue to the base of the toe loop. Slide the

bead over the glue. • Thread a pony bead on one tie. Apply a dot of glue to the base of the tie. Slide the bead over the glue.

Repeat on the other tie. • Tie an overhand knot on the end of each tie.
