members, visit the Los Angeles Flower District
annually. Visiting groups and walking tours are
popular as well.

The popularity of the Los Angeles Flower District website cannot be understated. With
three to four thousand website visitors each month, advertising is a great investment. Advertising
is managed by our associate, Wordpix Solutions.

Advertising Rates, Dimensions & Scheduling

Premium Tower 225 pixels wide x 400 pixels high
The Premium Tower ad appears on every key page where layout allows, in the middle column or a side column. On the Home Page, it floats when the user scrolls down the page, which retains its visibility.
$450 $400 each ($4,800 total)*
Rotating Square 225 pixels wide 225 pixels high
The Rotating Square ad appears in a rotation with other Square Rotating ads in the far right or left column. If there are six rotating ads, it will be one of the six. If it is the only ad, it will appear in the position constantly.
$350 $300 each ($3,600 total)*
Above rates are based on customer provided, finished electronic artwork. Images must be submitted in .JPG, .PNG or .GIF format or designed by us.
Large files may be uploaded to a Dropbox account. Contact us for details.
Design Cost The art staff at Wordpix can design your ad. Tell us your preferred text (as few words as possible gets the message across quickly!). Contact us at least two weeks before the Publication Date (Publication Date is the first day of every month) to reserve your space and provide information.

Billing
One-time only advertisements are billed by WORDPIX upon Publication Date, with payment due within 14 days.
If Wordpix designs your ad, you will be invoiced by Wordpix in advance of the Publication Date, with payment due within 14 days.
Contract advertising (where you agree to run your ad for a select number of consecutive months) is billed twice:
o First invoice - when the first ad is placed on the website, the first half of the contract (total of six ads, contract rate) is billed, with payment due within 30 days. Design charges are extra.
o Second/final invoice - when the second half of the advertising contract begins (if you contract for 12 ads, the seventh ad begins the second half), the second half of the contract is billed, with payment due within 30 days. Design charges are extra.
o Billing for design charges is extra ($50 with one set of revisions) and will come from Wordpix Solutions.
o Late-paying advertisers may be dropped without notice.
o Make payment payable to Wordpix and mail to the address below.
Deadlines and Publishing Dates (first day of each month)
Finished artwork ready for website = 1 week before Publication Date
If we are designing your ad = 2 weeks before Publication Date. Submit your preferred text or concept, your contact information that you want to appear on the ad and any instructions you have for us, and your billing details.

Rates are subject to change and placement is subject to availability. Placement of your ad on LAFlowerDistrict.com does not signify endorsement of the advertised products or services. The ad will run for the month(s) you indicate above. We will notify you in advance of upcoming renewal or expiration of your contract. If you design your ad, you are responsible for providing good quality graphics. If we design your ad, you will be invoiced separately for the design fee. You will be invoiced the contracted rate for advertising by our agent Wordpix Solutions. Accounts are expected to be paid within TEN days of your receiving your invoice and are subject to a late charge and/or advertising cancellation if not paid per terms.
