Time flies when you’re having fun! And judging by the speed of the last three months, I’d say the Laguna team have been having a blast! It’s been a busy yet fruitful time at Laguna, with a number of exciting developments and achievements along the way.

After winning the prestigious REIQ Large Residential Agency of the Year Award last year, Laguna Real Estate was again humbled to be nominated in three categories for the 2014 REIQ Awards for Excellence. At a glamorous evening in Brisbane City Hall, amidst an audience including Premier Campbell Newman and Attorney General Jarrod Bleijie, Laguna Real Estate was named the recipient of the 2014 REIQ Community Service Award. Receiving this award was a fabulous honour and a testament to the whole Laguna team’s passionate support of our local communities across all four of our offices. We’re off to Hobart for the REIA National awards this month so wish us luck!

We’re ‘getting with it’, with a fabulous, streamlined new website design and an expanded social media reach making us more accessible to our loyal client base (why don’t you jump online and ‘like’ Laguna Real Estate on Facebook?). We’ve received heaps of positive feedback on these developments and are enjoying our heightened levels of exposure and connectivity.

Our quarterly in-room auction events (instigated last year) have really hit their stride. These small, intimate, professional events held at the stylish RACV Noosa Resort offer Laguna properties a greater level of attention than those of our competitors (a factor that has lead to an impressive 78% clearance rate).
