LAICS ANNUAL SUMMIT

THE SUMMITThe LAICS Annual Summit is a recurring event, taking place every spring. The idea behind the LAICS summit is to come out of our organizations for one day each year and work together on a challenge with specific relevance to society and interest to LAICS students, alumni and friends.

Insights, ideas and suggestion for our challenge and for our further learning and development.

THE CASE

THE DREAM TEAM

CO-CREATION JOURNEY FOR THE DANISH POLICE &CO

Combine 2 tables to form 1 brainstorm team of 12 people.

CONCEPT CO-CREATED BYPeter Coughlan, IDEORex Degnegaard, CBS and Stine Arensbach, KPMG

Each brainstorm group selects 4 ideas to take into idea stretching.

Peter Coughlan inter-views Helle Kyndesen to explore the case.

The interview is visualised.

Fit more than one step?

Encompass one additional level of content?

Or perhaps even:

Peter Coughlan pre-sents the philosophy and practice of proto-typing.

Each brainstorm group breaks into groups of three and build one prototype.

Share prototypes at table, refine and/or combine prototypes.

Expand the idea to a higher systemic level?

Using the co-creation journey model how can you stretch your idea to

We have all taken a day out of our busy schedules to come together and work on a challenge that is of great importance to society and

to all of us as citizens.

The LAICS Annual Summit gives LAICS alumni, students, faculty and friends the possibility to build

new synergies and relations in their extended community by working co-creatively on making a

difference for society.

We have co-created this journey for the case using

design thinking, co-creation perspective and strategic

visualization
