Replace original 1975 windows and doors


Reconstruct exterior masonry columns near Cafeteria


Replace elevator cab, reuse existing shaft


Reconstruct asphalt paving from Boiler Room to parking lot (regrade)


Reconstruct loading dock columns and main beam/concrete slab

Convert building from steam to HW. Upgrade heating system – building wide.


Add ventilation to rooms 316, 316A, 314, 305, and Rm 211 (SED required)


Replace domestic HW boiler


Reconstruct existing roofing, skylights, and roof access hatch over original 1920’s portion of building


Reconstruct concrete retaining wall at School Street and adjacent to Olympic Oval


Replace 1970’s wing windows/insulation


Upgrade distribution (hallway panels 6ft AFF) and main distribution in basement


Reconstruct/overlay exterior stairs (front of building – south side)


Replace elevator cab (bay state), reuse existing shaft


Reconstruct stairs from Cummings Road to front of building (North Side)


Reconstruct ramp at 1970 entrance, add canopy & walls to enclose


Reconstruct concrete retaining/fencing adjacent to south entrance & loading dock


Reconstruct sloping retaining wall under 1970 addition


Replace original exhaust fans and roof vents


Roofing- re seam/overlay existing (approx. 34,400 sf)


Exterior lighting – building mounted, full perimeter
